Identified last remaining MSR skid on planet in stock rapidly via Online Chat. Ordered 1.00 pm on Friday. Delivered 8.30 am on Saturday by just first class Royal Mail. Competively priced and excellent service.

Very good service received from these guys. Their prices are probably the cheapest around UK wise and delivery is fast. Also they keep you informed of the order process which I like.

I have had spare parts for my helicopters and the lads have never let me down.
if parts not in stock they get them for me. great service great value.

communication is paramount , I typed up my query but it would not go, I typed into the message the code requested to be put, a message said wrong code gave another ,after 10 attempts I gave up
I will have to phone them to get a message to them , which will be a pain . I wanted to ask them if their Lynx Tail LX038 & their Double bearing pitch slider came with the fittings to connect from their tail to the pitch slider & from their pitch slider to my microheli weighted blades, as the photos did show any, nor were any shown on their site, did one have to use the links from the original units ?. This is important to buyers! and too many sites , do not make it clear whether their upgrade parts fit as bought or whether further items have to be bought ? or do originals have to be mated to the upgrades so it will function? if they fufill this very important information clarity requirement they will be the best of supplier of them all

If you delivery before 3pm they send it out to you on the same day! Ordered lots of various parts and kits from rc hero, they prvide a warm friendly atmosphere with great customer care and very speedy delivery. Will definatly be ordering from them again and again and highly reccomended.

I discovered the rc hero online shop a week ago when i was randomly searching for some nano cpx batteries. When i saw the prices which were way lower than anywhere else in europe i imediatelly ordered some batteries and some other small spare parts. The packaging was good and delivery on time. I especially liked the option to send small parts in a non signed air mail, which is half the pride of the signed one.(it makes no sense to pay 20 eur for small parts and then another 10 for postal service) I would definetly recomend this shop to any rc pilot.

Ordered the spares about 2pm, got email acknowledging my order, got a second email at 5pm saying that item had been dispatched. Arrived next day at 9.30am. Perfect. Would definatley use again.

I ordered from RC Hero as they had the best price for the connectors I required. The stuff was delivered 2 days later well packaged and great quality. I will be using them again.
