Do not deal with this company,,,,12th December I ordered,,, no goods,,, no refund,,paypal have just informed me my refund they promised was not successful!!!!!!!!! Never answer the phone or e mail,,,,robbers!!!!!!!!

We ordered a Quad bike as a present for my son. STILL hasn't been delivered. Little contact from RCToyworld. Calling phone number on website always goes to answerphone.
I have had one phone call to say there was a problem with courier but it would be send - obviously, it's not arrived. Will not return emails or phone calls.
My son is very confused and upset. He was very grown up and understood that this was a big present and therefore didn't have as many presents and also combined with his birthday present.
So xmas he had fewer presents than his brother and sister. STILL no presents. EVERY day he rushes in from school and asks if it's been delivered.

28 days ago this company took £163.98 from me without sending my order. Let me down for Xmas. They have made several promises in the last 26 days to return my money in full. They still have not done this. I have reported to Action Fraud, Trading Standards and my Credit Card Company (section 75 of the consumer credit act). This company is not reliable and clearly has money troubles. Avoid.

UPDATE - DESPITE RC Toy World saying (yet again) that they have refunded me they have not. They have been saying this since 20/12/2018. Oh, and they have blocked me from their facebook page and deleted my review - you cannot delete your responsibility. Liars

I ordered a rc truck 2weeks before Christmas they advertise 48hr delivery still not received my truck on the 12 of January communication with this guy is poor at best rarely replies to messages and never answered any of my calls I have even threatened to cancel order but still no answer I hate to complain but I like to get what I pay for
25/1/19 update on my progress with my truck still not arrived and now not replying to any messages or phone calls this guy really likes to receive money and not deliver on any promise made by himself I have received items from the usa quicker than this guy can and paid far less than 450 odd quid for the pleasure this company are nothing BUT CROOKS AND ARE DUELY GETTING REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

One cars great but I can't keep BMW on track. Balance is all wrong.

Transaction was as smooth as a babys bottom ....

Item arrived quickly. Box was damaged but was well packed with air bags so no damage to item.

Flies well, a bit more practise is required though!

Will buy from again when child is older.

The rc tank has given my son many hours of fun.

Waited a week for item thats was on a 48h delivery time, comunication was ok with parcel tracking and finaly receiving item

ordered marauder truck for sons christmas on 11Dec ,still still waiting 21 Dec,emailed them,they said they sent one but it had been returned damaged by courier,and had no more in stock,yet on site they still have in stock.Ordered one from Nitrotec for £450,asked if they would price match the £420 that rctoyworld charged me,he explained that nitrotect supply them to rctoyworld and they are not allowed to sell below that price,and would be dealt with,the next day the site showed the same price as nitrotec.There is something underhand about this lot,have not returned my money,and not answered my calls will have to take this up with my bank,be warned folks. update still not returned my money told me on 2/1/19 money would be returned in two days,after many phone calls managed to speak to them on 9/1/19 ,said paypal had declined the payment for some reason ,and he would instruct them to pay direct to my card,and he would send me an email within the next few minutes confirming it,guess what just more dribble,they have used my money and other good peoples money as an interest free loan ,fraudsters that have taken peoples christmas money for goods they did not have,have raised an action with my bank,and hope this lot will be seen for what they are.

Still waiting on a refund... they gave me a PayPal refund number even though I didn't pay through PayPal and after calling up PayPal found that they had nothing to Do with it, all I want is a refund it's been nearly a month and still nothing

i ordered remote control car on the 11th Dec having been told it was in stock and would get it by the following week.MY order was pending processing for a week.After constant emailing i finally got my order upgraded to Awaiting dispatch.ON Thursday the 20th of dec and many more emails later my order was updated to dispatched.Bearing in mind they say on the website we use a 48 hour delivery service you would think i would have had it now.I haven't
i have asked for tracking numbers in emails but have not received. and many times throughout my conversations on email asked if i would get my very expensive model car before xmas.They said you should.Its now 22nd 11 days after i ordered and payed for my items and still no sign of the postman knocking my door and greeting me with a mega package.I will never use this shop again and i am now going to give them until christmas eve for my parcel to arrive before i think about asking for a refund and cancelling the order.

So after writing a review last Friday about the appalling service and lack of clarity around delivery the company said they had refunded my money.

A week later I’m still waiting for the money. I sent an email two days ago chasing the refund up, the company did email me back and said they would chase this up. I emailed them yesterday for an update and still no response.

Getting seriously frustrated with this company and will be taking this further.

I’m still awaiting my delivery, after ordering in October and been told you received it on 30th nov, after several chase emails I’m told it was dispatched on the 13th dec but no delivery date.
I have paid almost £300 for an rc tank which was more than from another suppler to garantee pre Christmas delivery as this is a present for my son.

Can you please confirm if I will receive this order next week. Surely your courier uses a tracking system for hi value items, amazon does for £10 items, currently I have no idea if I will receive it in 2018 let alone for Christmas.
If the info I have been passed is incorrect and the order has not been dispatched then I would like a refund.

On either case some correspondence would be helpful as currently I’m not happy with the service.

Still waiting for my order. Ordered an expensive gift for my step dad on 20/11 and as of yet haven’t heard anything about dispatch. No response on emails, phone calls or Facebook. I am appalled you can take money from people and then just ignore them!

After reading several reviews I thought that RCToyWorld would be a good place to order my son's Christmas present. I ordered a quad bike on the 4th November and still have not received or being told when I can expect it to be delivered. After several emails they told me they red quad bike they had in stock was damaged so I agreed to change the colour. I received no response. I followed up with another email and they told me the reason for the delay was due to them waiting for a red one to get in stock, I told them again that I had agreed to change the colour if it meant faster delivery but due to the size of the purchase I need to know the delivery date (it's not something the neighbours are going to be able to take in!!) Again no response. I'm so disappointed, this is for my son's only Christmas present and I fear that we are going to be left with nothing unless I order from elsewhere.

Still waiting for our purchase , ordered 1 st of October was told the item was damaged in transit so was returned then waiting for stock ,
Now no response

Update 28/11/18
Still waiting even after response on here , now being told they are waiting for stock !!!! Given excuses after excuses now so will be taking further action

Thank you for your response but why did you lie to us last week on here saying the stock was now in ???

Ordered a zipper electric bike on July the 12th 2018 did not receive email about delivery of bike found out it was not in stock asked them to refund the money they had took from my card they said it was been refund contacted them time after time about refund not been refunded tried phoning them don’t answer asked them to send a cheque after finding out they can’t refund vier PayPal again they say they are sending a cheque not arrived contacted again reply sorry didn’t know why I have not received cheque they cancelled that told them to send it by recoded delivery still not got my money back I would be very careful with this trader I would even say get you goods from someone else date now 4/10/18 still not been refunded
