Probably RCZ is the cheapest online shop in the world for bike parts.
It's not a regular web shop, as availability in the web is limited and generally the delivery takes 1 month, but you can find real bargains in the offers they send by e-mail (be quick if you see a good deal).
If a product is in stock then shipping is fast, for "private sale" products the delivery time is about 4-6 weeks (but is all explained when you place the order).
You have to know exactly what you need and all the product specs, for the descriptions are not very detailed.
Till now, no issue for all the products delivered (I placed over 40 orders in the last 2 years spending several k€), probably in case of product issues I'll need to return it at my costs to RCZ to solve the problem under warranty (only 1 year warranty) and it'll takes 1-2 months, but considering the low price paid it's worth it.
Comunication with support is good, sometimes slow in responding (1 or 2 days after your request), but I always solved all the problems with them.
In case of issue they refund you via paypal within few days.
The products shipped are always well packaged.

Hi all, I've been buying stuff from RCZ for about 9 months. If you are ready to accept longer delivery times (sometimes a month, sometimes more than 2) the prices are awesome. Yes there are delays (also getting refunds processed) however their business model seems to be based on being lean and giving great deals, which means we as customers need to be patient. So far i've brought wheelsets, forks, helmets and cranks and yes I had to cancel 2 orders (both cases forks so not peanuts) but in both cases i got my money refunded via paypal within about 2-3 weeks. I'm really happy with the fact they can't do stuff ASAP as the deals are great, their stuff are friendly and helpful, and so far delivery is reliable and well packaged. If you want instant customer service and 1 week delivery this is not the place for you so please don't complain, understand how they work and enjoy the benefits.

If is product in stock then shipping is fast, in private sale products is delivery time 20-30 days. Comunication with support is good, I always solved the problem with it. I will continue to shop with them.

RCZ sends out 2 emails every day with their deals. Unfortunately they do not offer a wide range of products but the prices they have are really good. I think they buy in bulk and try to sell this until everything is sold. They have excellent deals on frames, MTB forks and DT Swiss wheels. Be quick if you see a good deal otherwise it might be already sold out. Most items are not on stock and have a delivery time of a month. Considering the deals they have (ie. 50% off on a Niner frame or a Fox fork) I can live with the long delivery times. Orders are shipped with UPS and shipping expenses are reasonable. Please take note of their return and cancalletion policy before placing an order since they are different from other shops. Overall I give them 4 out of 5 stars.

If you know exactly what you need and you don't need it within a few days, this shop is perfect. Prices are most of the time extremely low. I bought a complete MTB, wheelset, saddles, derailleur, crankset and more. 1 time, I received the wrong product, but that was properly resolved. And warranty is also good.My Sensa frame was damaged by the bottom bracket. RCZ sent me a new frame!

One of the cheapest shops for bike parts I know of. I buy there for more than 3 years and I was always satisfied. The delivery times vary but this is all explained when placing the order.

I highly recommend this shop if you're searching a good source for bike parts at rock bottom prices.

The Shop with the best prices. The buy a lot of diffrent Brands and sell it really inexpensive. It ist not a full Shop to get everything. in the case of private sale, the delivery date must be observed.if something was not available, it was money back via paypal. I have frame forks wheels and small parts order everything came in perfect condition

I have been ordering quite a lot and haven't had any issues with RCZ. All the products I have ordered were 100% new and original with serial numbers etc. You have to have good knowledge about the specs (bikes/parts) as they won't have detailed description and it makes sense as they usually don't have a lot of same product. They post just enough information so that you could understand what is being sold . What you get for this is unbeatable prices - usually 50%+ off of RRP and at least 30% of other internet shops therefore I am very satisfied.
What customers should understand that RCZ is not your usual internet bike-shop where you have thousands of items available at any times - they sell what they have at that moment for best prices. I am absolutely ok with that as price is everything.
I have ordered:
1 complete bike
3 frames
3 wheelsets
3 forks
and many smaller parts as handlebars, chain-sets, cassettes, seatpost, tires, stems etc.

The bottom line:
it is all about the price.

Best online shop with the cheapest prices around. 20 orders in the last 2 years, very happy with all of them. I purchased a lot of items: bikes, frames, forks, wheels, seatpost and many more. Never had problems with the purchased items. Only once a small issue with a purchased frame, but when I submitted the problem they immediately offered free returns and a refund with lot of loyalty points.

The customer service acts fast and properly. I use this web page frequently to buy bicycle stuff. They have a newsletter where offers are published and sent to my email, and they accept paypal as payment media. All the equipment that I bought was as described at the web page. No complaints

One of my favorite shops!

I order a lot of bike parts from various online shops all around Europe and regard RCZ as one of the best outfits in the market. The way of trading is unconventional and requires getting used to, but the quality of both customer service and the goods received is very good. I highly recommend RCZ.

Why 4 and not 5 stars - simply because sometimes the choice of products is fluctuating a lot and as of late there is usually a long waiting time for each order. These are all something I am willing to accept with a discount in price.

After waiting more than 2 months(as advertised) I got a shipping notification from UPS.
The tracking created on 23 November shows nothing. Contacted UPS, they said no parcel was handed over to them.

Could you please tell me where the package is?

How can a, let's say 80x80x30cm, package be lost?

To be honest UPS says that they never received it, but it has only been created a shipping label. Here you find UPS reply:

I got 52 orders on RCZ and my opinion is that you can found really interesting occasions for MTB or Road bike. Never big issues, just minor problems, always solved quickly and with no additional costs.
Just in a few cases delivery time was too long, but you can wait a few days more if you will save money :-).
Trust me, try RCZ !!

Until today there have been many products that I bought at RCZ, the truth is that it is a good page. Although to put some but, is that when I started to buy the shipping costs were quite cheaper and shipping faster, in a week you had at home what you had asked. I would like it to be like that again. Thank you. With regard to the returns, they have also changed, before it cost you nothing return and they always sent you another new product, they did not repair, as they do now.
