A good store. You have to wait for quite a long time. Many items is very cheep so it could be worth waiting for. The shipment is a little expensive but it is with UPS and deliverd to the door.

Very good value bike parts, you need to wait, but you choose to wait or pay much more.

Great deals! I got from here parts of my bike and saved a lot. There is sometimes to wait for long but it's written. It would be great to get free shopping cost above a certain amount of money you spend. Very quick tracked shipping with ups. I always keep an eye on newsletters, there are discount codes for the best deals

Excellent website, excellent deals! I buy on this website from many years and I always made good deals! Everyday RCZ update with new special offers where you can find very good prices for bicycle and bike components!

I ordered at RCZ almost a hundred times since 2011.
You can get a huge discount on great products at RCZ.
Sometimes orders got cancelled afterwards, but to date I always got my refund and some bonus points for a discount at next order.
Waiting time may be long, some products had 4 months or even more time between order and delivery, but they place a remark on their website about delivery time and in case of delays, the shop sends updates.

what you can find here is the best prices online. but with that goes the longest wait (up to 2 months) to receive your purchases. if anything is wrong or missing from your order, non existent customer service. at times they even sell stuff they don't have. plus, they charge you a ridiculous amount of money for shipping. and if you buy 1 item with a discount code, you are not able to add anything to that order; you have to place a different order with one more outrageous shipping fee. and they now bribe customers, inviting us to rate 4 or 5 stars in exchange for discount points. STAY AWAY!!! uhhhh, and after i posted this review, calling me a liar, they closed my account! JERKS!!!

I've just received, and fitted, a Mavic Crossride rear wheel. The price was good, the logistics perfect. The reason I chose to buy from this company, though, was the detailed descriptive information available on the website.

For once, I was able to buy *exactly* what I wanted without having to poke people for the information I needed.

I am a customer since 2011. From their newsletter you always get promo codes for great deals on parts (with no original packaging) and even bikes. Most of them seem to come from bike brands stock or OEM parts clearances. Anyway very good prices and deals.
Good:
- Great parts, excellent prices and deals;
- Great helping team. Solved every issue. No complaints at all
Not so good:
- promo codes not always work;
- items that are advertised in the newsletter can already be out of stock;
- some items with long delivery time (20 business days) can turn out to be out of stock 2-3-4 weeks after your order. (RCZ refunds that).
Its a peculiar online shop with great deals and I´ve been pleased to be their customer for many years.

Amazing web. By suscribing to his newsletter you'll receive special offers everyday. A lot of mtb interesting things, bikeparts, seatpost, etc. I have ordered there like 5 or 6 times and everything goes well. The only bad thing is to wait (sometimes the special offers takes like 20 working days, that is adviced at the offer). Once I needed con cancel one order and the money return was fast. Very interesting web anyway.

RCZ have unique business model in finding incredible deals of mostly older but still unused parts offered with no original packaging (for example from ex-display bikes and clearances of various physical stores they have connected with) Unfortunately these crazy prices bear some risks, but luckily RCZ team is trying hard to satisfy and compensate customers, so overall I am happy with them.

Some problems may include:

- occasionally not working promo codes
- some items that are advertised in the newsletter can already be out of stock
- some items with long delivery time (for example 20 business days) can turn out to be out of stock 2-3-4 weeks after your order. Then your order can be fully or partially refunded and partially shipped depending on your decision.

Good things:

- have not had trouble with the parts themselves - all have been working
- not original, but always good packaging
- team is helpful and compensates with bonus points if there has been some issue with your order

A few suggestions for improvements from me:

- fix the secure https connection (SSL)
- fix the shipping fee calculator. The shipping fee is calculated based on quantity and (supposedly) weight of the products but is not working very good particularly the weight part. For example if you add lots of very light items like grips, chainrings, disks or other small items the fee goes up in tiers which don't make much sense. For example up to 10 products it can be 12-13 eur and then on the 11th product (150 gr added) it goes to 18 eur suddenly. Another example: Shipping fee for 1 fork is 7.93 eur, fee for 2 forks is 19 eur?? so you're forced to make 2 separate orders if you want to save 3 eur. So if you are ordering lots of products there is some guessing and trying in the cart to find out which product is causing the higher fee.
- include "option" or "version" category in the product page instead of listing tens of similar products that are different only in color or teeth count or hose length. Like every normal and professional bike shop out there :)

I have purchased several times from them and there have never been problems. Good packaging for goods, fast times. But the most important thing was their excellent prices and the quality of the components. Very recommended shop

My first order to this store was in 2011. It is a special store, it takes products at prices unattainable by other stores with the disadvantage most of the time of having to wait a long time to receive them. To me it is worth this wait for such a big saving. In more than 30 orders I have only had one problem because of the transport, which lost part of the shipment, and the response and solution by RCZ was excellent paying back what I paid quickly. As a point against, have worsened the issue of shipping, before you could order several products and pay a single shipment, lately only allows you to order a product on offer for each shipment, which sometimes makes the product too expensive. In summary, I will continue buying in it.

Always got good prices and many offers.
The delivery is fast with ups post, always with track number.
I recommend the best site to bike components.
The goods come in nice packages.

My first order by RCZ Bike Shop was in 2012.
And in the last 7 years I orded a lot of products by them.
Excellent prices, and fast delivery.
The products are very good packed.
There is one problem: you can use only one discount code by an order ;-)

I have bought from RCZ Bike Shop severali times.
It has got good prices and many offers.
Sometimes there is a big delay in delivery, over a month, but it usually inform me about the luck of stock by e-mail.
The goods come in nice packages.

Quite simply the best bike shop online. Fantastic and often unbeatable prices on both road and mountain bike parts and an interesting range of products. Good communications and shipping.

Rcz has the best price for bicycle products on web. Generally you have to use a coupon code that they provide you via newsletter mail to apply an extra discount.
If the product is in stock the shipping is fast, via UPS. With coupon code there is a delivery time of about 20-30 days. Comunication and support are good.

The best prices you can find anywhere. A lot of items have a delivery time of 20 working days but it is clearly stated in the offer. I have found some really nice high end bike parts here for like 70% discount which is really nice. I did sometimes recieve not the correct parts, but i always got refunded or they send the right parts later. Customer support takes like 2-3 days but always has come up with a good solution.
There is a reason i did over 30 orders over the past 2.5 years :)

I have been a customer for several years, I have bought many items, from full bikes to small items. The best is the prices and the seriousness. Just keep in mind that the stock is limited and delivery times reported in the articles, all this is offset by the fantastic prices.
All the products are original and of great quality, with big discounts in private sales with discount codes sent by email.
