I am an unconditional buyer from this shop. Frequently I find authentic bargains on his daily promotions. Prices are crazy and the products are really good. You have to be patient on the delivery time, but it is worth it to wait. Perhaps the only inconvenient is that you can not mix productos from one promotion to another one, otherwise the coupon can not be applied. That means that you have to pay shipments fee for every order, eve if the are made at the same time.

This has been my most used web shop for bike parts. If you're knowing what you want, then you probably get the best prices from RCZ. It's better to not be in too hurry if you're ordering from here, but the prices are so damn cheap that at least I'm ready to wait if needed. RCZ is reliable and trustworthy.

Excellent prices but with a long delivery time, 20 working days at least, and exaggerated shipping cost.
You know when you order that you are going to wait, the problem is that the delay is never respected and sometime is the double of the time.
Have done 5 stars if delay is respected and shipping cost lower.

This shop has great offers from time to time. The service is good and reliable. I ordered a lot of bike parts over the last years and never got disappointed. Check out procedure could be better though.

I have ordered many mtb bike parts (forks, wheelsets, brakes, tires, shocks, ...) from rcz over the last years and had an excellent experience with every order. Most of the parts had ridiculously low prices and I really enjoyed building up many bikes with them. Communication with the rcz team via email was always smooth and fast.

Before ordering you should read the conditions like delivery time and shipping costs and decide if you can live with them. If so, you can really get some banger deals.

I am a long time customer so I will give you my opinion.

Good:
- low prices, some of the lowest you can find.
- They do answer to most of the request and they try to find a solution.

Not so good:
- long waiting time for delivery.
- Sometime high shipping costs (some years ago this was not the case but nowadays if you have more than few items (disregarding the size or weight) the price can go very high.
- very often (in the last time it happened in more than 50% of orders) they don't have items on stock and they reimburse you for items that don't send but they don't compensate for the extra shipping costs they added for these items. Just an arbitrary example: You buy 10 items and the shipping cost is about 30 euro. They don't have 2 items and they send only 8 items out of 10 but the shipping price for 8 items was 20 euro so they should give you back also the 10 euro.

The bike - shop with often the most competitive prices.
Sometimes with long delivery - times and sometimes addtitional with some delays on this times. That´s something everyone should consider when going to order from the private sales.
Returning any item is difficult and not very customer-friendly based - so this also should be considered. That´s not a shop to go to when you just want to shop something to grap a hand on it and to sent it back then.
Some of my orders have been cancelled long time after I made the order because the supplier couldn´t deliver the right product.
Beside all that I´m very pleased whith my shopping experience here.

I order from this site quite frequently. Prices are great, and delivery is very fast (when product is on stock). If not on stock the delivery time is clearly stated. recently I received reward points. After checking why it was because I purchased something in the past, and the new price was lower. So got the difference in reward points without asking. Great service!

As a long Term Customer im very satisfied with RCZ Bike Shop.
I often bought Parts for half of the normal RRP which i wasn´t willing to pay normally.
Before ordering parts you should read the Description and keep an Eye on delivery Times. Cancelations were no Problem, fast refund and nice conversations with the customer support.

The best prices on a limited selection of bike parts. Not a fan of the “20 work days” delivery time. Never had any problems.

Great promotions! It's cheap and every time my delivery comes very quickly! I am very thankful!! :) My bike looks better with their components! I advice you to shop, you won't regret!

Really good bike shop!
Good brands and very good prices. Even if there are problems with delivery, you get help quickly. Sometimes I am only buying some bike parts because it is so cheap.

RCZ bikeshop delivers bike parts for very good prices, especially for people who want to look for deals and know what they want.
I do bussiness now for over 5 years and I don't regret it.
I ordered several Dt-Swiss wheelsets and shimano parts for budget prices.. Delivery is sometimes a litlle bit slow but with these prices its worthwile waiting.

Very good prices, good service. Once you have registered to the newsletter you receive a daily mail including the latest offers. It is possible to get good deals on many items of all brands, including "famous" ones like Lightweight, Niner or Yeti. Delivery leadtimes are displayed and usually respected. They never made it a problem to cancel & refund an order. For the returns, better read carefully the policy as surcharges are applied depending upon the nature of the returned item. Other than this I would fully recommend this site.

RCZ is one of the cheapest shops in europe. Often i buy something only while it is so cheap.

Made quite a few transactions with them and always managed to be fair website.If they made mistakes they were open to resolve it .You have to wayt a bit long for the preordered items ,but worth wayting.Shipping cost is kind of high but it is done by UPS and shipped to your door.The items are wery vell packed ,there is not a single bad word I can say about that.So overall recommend doing business with them.
