bought twice, 2 forks, no problem at all and great prices, if they only had free shipment...

After waiting 4 Month for a pair of DT-Swiss wheels, RCZ could not deliver it like ordered. This can happen (although this happened twice before @rcz), but it took more than 4 weeks and a lot of mails to get my money back. This was not very satisfying. 2 points instead of 1, because rcz answered and managed to refund and prices are ok.

Please RCZ, don´t make shopping such an adventure,

I am waiting for 4 weeks for my refund. Sorry, but this worked much better in the past...
But at least I got my money. Please work on this topic for faster refund.

Website dedicated to the sale of bicycles and cycling equipment, I have bought on many occasions, all good, in case of problems, the incident service works well, they have also solved problems with items under warranty, I am a regular buyer of the page

A few times, they returned my money because the item was not available. Otherwise, they are realiable and have really good prices! (I wish that the postage was lower, or you could bulk items before sending them, but this is probably not something they can change).
They always respond quickly to service mails and once I ordered the wrong item (I did not look through the description well enough), and they refunded my money immediately!

I have been a customer of RCZ Bikeshop since 2014 and I have placed many orders. The delivery is very fast if the products are in stock. I live in Germany and the shipping by DHL is perfect, it takes only 2 - 3 working days. If the products are not in stock, the shipping takes longer, but this is written on the homepage, for example "20 working days". If there is a problem with a product, I can send an e-mail and normally I will have an answer within one day. The parcels have been collected at my home by UPS, a few days later the amount has been added to my Paypal account.
I can recommend RCZ Bikeshop to everybody!

Always happy with the service. Products as described, prices are good and shipping always handled with care. One of my favourite online shop to order from.

Very good prices, lots of specials. The products in stock will arrive soon.There are some products that you have to wait a long time for, but I always get an answer when I ask for information. The products are always packed securely, so everyone should, that's a big plus.

Different online shop. Prices are incredibles, but these offers finish so quickly that usually we can't buy the products.
The variety is also so low, but good products, and brands.
The long delivery could be the poorest service. Some times I'was waiting for weeks my shipping.

This shop has a big number of products, bike parts of good quality, at great prices. I made myself a few bikes with their products and they are working just fine. The best prices are in the winter, I recommend you to purchese online during that time of the year if you want your bike to be ready for the spring time. Sometimes the orders are a little bit late, but they always arrived.

I am building and setting up my bikes personally, and for that, RCZ bike shop is unbeatable. Their prices are unbelievable and their service is excellent, always available for replying to questions. Will continue returning as a customer, five stars!

I have been a customer for 6 years. There are always big discounts on cool parts for my bikes. For all the time there was only one problem with the order. But they helped me quickly solve it.

The prices are unbeatable. A very good customer service after sales with great communication via e-mail. Orders are sometimes delayed since they receive the material of the brands later but also notify them in the purchase offer so that the customer is notified. In conclusion it is the best website to buy offers of certain brands, the stock varies according to the offers. I buy there for years and I love it.

Extremely bad services, I do NOT recommed this shop. I've ordered an e-bike worth 1680 euro on the 26th of June that had a delivery time of "20 working days". After 14 working days I sent them an e-mail to ask about the status, they told me that the product has in fact a delay of 25-30 working days instead of 20. After 30 working days I sent another email to ask what's happening with my bike. I received an answer on the 13th of August that it will take another 2 weeks for my order to be shipped. This is ridiculous. I've asked for a refund and received the confirmation on the 16th of August that I will get my money back. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still don't have my money, which have been in their accounts for more than 2 MONTHS. Please avoid, do NOT buy from them.

I've ordered cycling goods few times from RCZ. They have great prices though the selection isn't that wide. But if you find there something you need I believe you get it for best price.

Shipping the goods may take a while but it's okay if you just know it. Returning the goods it's not a problem, it may take some time to get refund but it will come in a time.

Nothing bad to say about RCZ, I will shop there in future with pleasure.

The best prices of the internet for high quality products. Even better than chinese website. Delivery time may be long but this is clearly announced. Description of product is light and I need to go on other websites for accurate description. Choice is not large but only good products are proposed. You may need to purchase small items like bushing for rear shocks on other website.

This is a shop has very good prices, it makes sense to follow their emails with offers. Communication is fast and clear.
Delivery used to be 1 week , but this is the standard for most of the eurorean sites for international deliveries. Shipping costs are slightly higher then other shops, here a cost optimization would be welcomed.

I've shopped here for the 7 years or so. Great bike shop with fantastic deals on latest kit. Sometimes leaves me dissapointed that items in the emails can be sold out immediately upon receipt but I guess just have to be quick.
Have to be patient on delivery also but wait time is notified up front and it's worth it.
As another reviewer has mentioned it'd be great to be able to combine offer codes as it's a bit wasteful for a courier to have to deliver separate consignment not to mention bad for the environment.

The products they sell are extraordinary with really special prices.
Communication went well.
