They announce 20 working days for delivery, it takes 3 months. I buy ten products, including two 27.5 "wheels and without notifying me they send only 4 products, not including the wheels and make a partial refund. Now if I want to cancel I have to assume shipping and return costs and wait 30 days for the refund. I would never have bought those 4 individual products, but they have not given me a choice. I recommend you buy only the ONE product you really want, a fork, wheel or whellset, but not add more "little" products.

Have placed an order beginning of May 2020. Have asked several times for delivery dates, and was each time pacified that there is a delay, but that the order will be delivered. Nothing has been delivered up to now!
3 Weeks ago checked my account and the order was shown as "complete". The given GLS tracking number is not working.
Hence wrote several notes to RCZ, but got no answer for 3 Weeks now!!
Summarized, paid 700.- EUR in May got nothing delivered so far and get no feedback to my mails!

Excellent portal for cycling enthusiasts. I have been a customer for some time and I can say that the offers have always been at the top. Wide range of products for all categories and absolutely unbeatable prices. Both spare parts and complete bikes. Maximum attention to the customer and pre and post sales assistance. Really recommended

This shop online is really different. It give you the opportunity to save money on bike components. Deals are short in time, need to be careful to the newsletters, 2 each days

Ordered rims on May 18 2020, took until Aug 12 2020 to receive them. RCZ evaded committing to a delivery date and lied multiple times about when they would arrive. Took my threats of PayPal dispute to get action. Very amateurish, rude and outfit, wont bother with them again

Excellent buyer. The products are in perfect condition. The contacts are very good. The new website is very smart. I didn't have any problems with the delivery.

I have been a customer of RCZ for many years ago. Prices are low, when they make mistakes they apologize and somehow recover the damage, they always answer questions. Probably they have to change the courier, what they use is punctual but the shipping costs are not cheap, even if you recover the difference with the competitive prices of the products they sell. I recommend having an eye on loyal customers who buy a lot from them. Up to now my evaluation is good for them.

Once you get used to the way the shop works, you can find the greatest deals ever. The delay can be long sometimes but patience pays here with RCZ. Long time customer, sometimes a boring one, but their customer service tries its best to get you satisfied. I probably order two or three time a month for spare parts that are not urgently needed, and you're happy to have had your rear derailleur at RCZ price when you break yours.

Hello, client for many years now, I have to tell that I have never beens disappointed by RCZ bike shop.

Prices are really excellent, and the consumer service is pretty good.

Of, course, not a traditionnal bike shop, but it is what I like whith this shop.

Few products, but very often top of the range, and really discount price.

I found this site looking for components for my Mountain Bike and I must say that I am very well stocked.
they often make offers dedicated to users subscribed to their newsletter which are also highlighted on the Lotus homepage.
I have bought from them several times, shipping is quick and at reasonable cost
often, they bid on items they don't have in stock and usually arrive within a month.
I highly recommend it.

I have been buying bicycle parts on this website for several years. I have to say that they always deliver on what was promised. You have to have a little patience in some shipments, but the prices of their products are the best and the customer service is excellent.

There write the delay of refund is 20 working days after cancelation
