An awesome web site with many low prices for many components, dresses, helmets, shoes for Mtb or road cycling. Shipping is not very long, and there is no bad surprise when you open your parcel. The only thing I regret, is that the description of items is very short. But this web site is one of the best, or the best, for items for cycles. A 5 stars web site

Good deals, but you must be very quick to get those best cheap deals, as they usually are limited stock and sell out fast. For my experience, If parts are is ”in stock” they are sent and delivered by UPS fast.

I made an online order and paid by bank transfer. The item was supposed to be delivered in 20 working days. One or two days after making the payment i contacted them about cancelling the order. They state it takes 1 to 20 business days for the refund. it's been now around 23-24 working days and NO refund. They keep telling me it's processing which is a lie. I will file a complaint at the european consumer center if i don't have my money by tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and pay by paypal or avoid them if you change your mind and want to cancel the order.

EDIT 2: refunded on 17th according to a screenshot with no reference id or relevant data and still not received the money on 22nd of march. At this point i doubt they even initiated the refund.

EDIT 3 : I received my money finally. Rating this 3 stars now just because they have good prices. Sometimes they do have incomplete descriptions, and forget about about warranty if you buy from here.

If you really want those crazy prices, there is no way around RCZ Bike Shop. :-)
I have ordered over ten times over the last three years and have not been disappointed.
Shipping times are usually faster as declared.
Support was very nice and responsive in the two cases where I needed it (had to cancel an order because of selling the bike, another because I found a different bargain, also on RCZ…)

Sometime order was cancelled, due to part unavailability but quick refund and added bonus points on my account.

RCZ is a special shop with an excellent opportunity to make great deals for bicycle parts. If you are confirm with their philosophy you will be very happy with this shop and their offers.

I have been a client since 2010, and what i highlight are the excellent prices.
I have had orders anulled, but RCZ immediatelly repaid and added bonus points, which was excellent compensation.

Great prices if you know what you are buying. Some items may be old stock. Super fast shipping when you buy stuff that is in stock. Had to return one wheelset which courier lost and then arrived two months late. Got full refund.

An agreement is always reached in case of a confused item.

After legally purchasing an expensive bike at RCZ, they did not give me a tracking number but they told me the delivery will have a delay, since their shipping partner has delay issues. After waiting a coupe of weeks and sending them at least 3 e-mails I got a message, that my order got cancelled and I should send them their bill and their confirmation of getting the money, to prove, I bought the bike. I proved immediately. Since then (2 weeks later) still no reply. Sending them any emails (even on different email addresses) seems to be useless. Just want to get my order ASAP, no refund.

Good online site for cycling enthusiasts. I am a long time customer and I can say that the offers have always been up to par. Lots of products for all cycling categories and unbeatable prices. Both spare parts and complete bikes. Good customer service and pre and post sales assistance. I recommend visiting the store...

no bad surprise: quite a few bike components bought by RCZ: price is mostly very competitive...for over year components. Delivery time can be long (and not possible to every countries in EU) but you get it and it is wat you asked for.
After sale doesn' t realy exist: you get to fix it with the brand dealer.

RCZ Bike Shop has often great prices on bicycle parts. Since one year i order from them. The delivery times can take from some days up to 5 month, but they do state that on their website about their business philosophy. However, the article pages state that it takes 20 days to deliver. That is why many people that order the first time might be frustrated, since they did not know. I did know and therefore i was never frustrated and rather happy being able to buy things at very good prices, that i otherwise would have never bought for myself.

Bike shop with sometimes unbeatable prices, which are only granted for a certain time slot when using discount codes. Delivery times are sometimes very long, but it will arrive at some point! Promised!

Great prices with best offers on bikeparts around the web. Great customer support. They helped me within hours.

Items could be found very cheap (but some are same, cheap price at other shops also), which is nice. Orders can take lot of time, but they do say you so, so it is OK.
But they sent me another product (Shimano Di2 STIs, I have ordered mechanical), they have charged me 10 euro "handling fee"+ return shipping for their mistake. Nonesense!
