The only good thing about this shop is price.
If you can ever get the product you need.
First, the choice is severely limited and some advertised products are just unavailable.
Navigating the site and searching for products is a nightmare. Descriptions and inaccurate, sometimes misleading or downright incorrect.
Even if you find a bargain, you are only entitled to order one item per shipment and so the expensive shipping often kills the deal.
Many products are out of stock and waiting time is one month at best - For most orders I have waited for several months... that is completely unacceptable for anyone actually needing a product for his bike.
Communication is the worst part. Especially if you have a problem with RCZ. I get no more replies to several emails now. No information or refund on a return I made months ago. Pure robbery.

The shop has good prices and this could give it a few more stars, if we don't stop at the biblical times, the exaggerated shipping costs and the so-so packaging... the real problem is communications. I purchased a cura 4 postmount brake from the site, paid and despite the "promise" of 20 days, in reality the product arrived after 50/60 days, okay... but... a cura 2 flat mount brake arrived that cannot be mounted on
my bikes and unsellable as it is an obsolete standard, you will say okay send it back and off you go... right except that... to date, after almost 3 weeks from the first report and after 6 reports between email and website, the seller does not they didn't even bother to reply, at least with an apology for the mix-up, for me they are definitely FAILURE, and to say that the fact that they don't accept Paypal is more than a wake-up call about the seriousness of the shop, too bad a lost customer and a lot of negative publicity.

Non ho ricevuto nessuna mail da parte vostra a nessuno dei miei indirizzi mail che vi ho segnalato, vi sarei grato se poteste reinviare la vostra risposta alle mail oppure al numero di telefono che vi ho scritto nelle mie precedenti e numerose mail di segnalazione.
Grazie, nella speranza di risolvere il disguido, a quel punto è solo a quel punto cambierò la mia comunicazione.

I placed an order for two packages on RCZBikeShop's website, but unfortunately, I encountered multiple issues with their service. Firstly, I never received a confirmation email for my order, which left me in the dark about the status of my purchase.

Even more concerning, approximately 20 days after placing my order, I found that my user account on their website had been inexplicably deleted. This action left me with no means of tracking my orders or accessing any order-related information, except for my bank statement indicating the payment.

The lack of communication and the deletion of my account are highly concerning and unprofessional. I am disappointed with the overall experience and would caution others to be cautious when dealing with RCZBikeShop.

I look forward to receiving a response from the company with a resolution to this matter.

RCZ is an excellent source for bargain buy. BUT you have to be patient till you get your order and there is a chance your order gets cancelled. Both are communicated very transparently on the website.
If you want your ordered items fast und for sure, don't buy at RCZ! If you want a bargain, it is hard to beat RCZ.

This shop is slightly different than others, but it is highlighted on their Homepage and totally transparent. If you can live with that , than you can find a lot of high end parts for incredible prices. I've done a lot of orders without any issues. I did bank transfer only, so no worries about credit card data. If something is not deliverable than you will get an information via email and they will refund the money. This took some time but I've received everything so far.

I like the shop but it's impossible to subscribe to the newsletter, and they don't answer the emails I write to them to address the problem...

Update 28/08/23: I wrote an email on the 23rd of August, and I still don't have a response and the newsletter is not working for me...

I got a new Rockshox airfork for a serious discount. I was a lil suspicious, and understood that getting my fork might take anywhere from 12-20 weeks as per experiences of other people, but I guess I was lucky since I got it in my hands in less than 2 weeks. What a great deal!

Don't give them your real mail. They won't stop spamming you, even you tell them not to. They don't care about GDPR.

I have ordered bike parts from RCZ several times in the past few years and have always been very satisfied.

The prices are extremely low when the items are on sale.

Delivery time can be an issue. It can range from 2 to 10 weeks in my experience. This is due to the decentralized way the store is set up. There is an "about" section on the website that explains everything in detail. It's important to read and understand this. As far as I can tell, most of the previous reviewers have obviously not done this.

Regarding customer support: I accidentally placed an order twice a while back. Customer support quickly responded and resolved the issue.

In breif: If you're not in a hurry and understand the underlying mechanism of RCZ you can get top-notch components for a bargain price. If you're in a hurry or not willing to wait, you should look somewhere else.

After a long time i decided to buy in this shop, price was ok, it was not one of those supersale items with cupon. Fork was in stock, they insist to send proof of payment in 3 days but still it took them almost 2 weeks to send it so delivery took 3 weeks in total, no mail, that they have send the item. Fork came in different color as pictured, stickers have bubbles, there is different axle and there is no starnut, hoseclamp or volume-spacers, so i cant even install it. I contacted them, after several days they reply that they dont see any problem, and that they dont specify the color on their page, so it does not matter that it wont match the picture or have missing parts. This was my first and last order in this shop.

They don't answer to emails. They don't find a solution when they send wrong parts. They cheat on shipping costs. The best that you can do at this shop is to not buy!
And, to re-answer, I NEVER LIE!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE!!!

The strength and advantage of this shop is, that they offer high quality bike parts for very attractive prices depending on their supply.
It's true that this shop is not a usual web shop for fast delivery of actual standard list items but this is very open and clearly communicated.
During the last 2 years I made several orders and either received the items as described or the payment was 100% refunded with a small compensation for further purchases.
From my point of view clear recommendation.

I have ordered in this shop a few times. Some orders were shipped within 1 week, for others I had to wait 2 months. You better order items, which you don't need urgently and you can wait. Prices for some items are ridicully low – i know what some parts costs, getting them directly from the factory. Some parts are old stock and some year old, but I don't care about that and I don't need the newest stuff for double the price

I think they use our money for investment. Take the money for a period then cancel the order and refund. Today i have two order cancelled and refunded altough the items i ordered was "in stock" but at an expensive price. Be aware don't item that aren't in stonck

Unsubscribing for the so called newsletter is impossible. They keep sending mails after I cancelled my subscription multiple times.

Hello, I’m an all time customer of rcz back more than 10y ago. I never had any big order problems. Delivery time is odd but that's the way they operate and probably part of the reason they get such low prices. I don’t know many other places to get such great deals from!

It is true what they say: RCZ is not a shop like the others, but this really makes the difference.
Thanks to their private sales I did great bargains during last years
They offer great products for unbeatable prices. Sometimes you have to wait some weeks but that is tolerable at the low prices proposed.
Not the shop for you if you are in a hurry, but nobody else could propose you the same quality at comparable price
