Really good customer service!

I've been customer for almost a year. Looking for specific components with huge deals (hint: subscribe to newsletter) and have got epic parts with low prices. Also been in touch with customer service and they are very helpful.

Their sales policy is clear regarding delivery times and so on, if you are ok with it after reading the policy then price is unbeatable. I purchased several times from them.

Impossible to reset the password through their website. The contact service does not answer or solve the problem either.
Despite having written multiple times through the official email on their website or their inquiry service, only once did I get a response indicating that they would look into it. I have been waiting for more than a month to resolve this incident, without success.
The prices were very good, the attention until 2023 was quite good and fast. This year 2024, nothing works, orders cancelled, and refunds not arriving. Suspicious website.

23/04/2024 UPDATE
Finally, RCZ has been able to send an email solving the password issue.
However, the refund of the order they cancelled after 4 months has not yet been received.

I ordered in December 2023.
2 items in the package were not sent.
They write email there would be a refund.
I have been waiting for the money for 2 months...

Scammers, do not order from them!!!!

IBAN number requested a week ago , no money has come since .
You know my account number, you can look up the IBAN number anywhere on the internet (ibancalculator)
This is another stalling game!
In addition, I have an order for February 14th for which there is no news and the 20 working days have long passed .
Several of us in Hungary. We are looking for a lawyer to write a fraud report to the Luxembourg police.
Of course, this cost will be borne by Rcz.

Great company. I had to replace some parts on my bike and had to find spare parts quickly. They helped me effectively. I entirely recommend them.

Missing product and NO refund!

this website is a scam. First of all, for on stock parts, it takes around 2 months or more to receive them. I received a package with a missing parts of 150 euros, I sent pictures and a video as proof and I received an email saying that they process all refunds, but it was a lie. 3 months have passed since I paid and nothing has happened. I will file a complaint with consumer protection and the police because they are thieves. this through a webshop registered in Luxembourg - how is it possible that the police haven't gone after them already??

It started on 2023-12-20, I bought several bike parts for 244 euros.
More than a month later, I have not received anything. I asked when the order would be shipped. The seller did not answer when I can receive the order. I was just told to wait.
I asked to cancel the order and return the money. I was told that the refund would be made within 1-20 business days.
Much more time has passed and I still haven't received a refund. I was told to wait again.
I think they don't sell anything, it's a fake shop.

I placed an order on December 25, 2023, total cost 150 euros, among the items a 12 V chain is missing, every time I open a package I take a video to be safe, I send the video to rcz they answer me first and they will analyze the video, then I they say they will refund the chain, but as of today March 6, 2024 no refund, they have good prices but if something goes wrong without Pay Pal they don't care

One fork had a delay 6 months

Wheels never arrived after wasting my time for a month saying they were being prepared for shipping. Then said the manufacturer refused to ship the items. Been waiting for weeks now to have my money back and no response. Total scammers, not worth the risk. Better pay a little more and deal with serious sellers.

Not like every other store but still good. Crazy prices. But I can’t subscribe to the newsletter.

Still very serious problems with refund. No money return for unavaiable products, canceled orders etc..

The store is not bad, if you have patience. I waited for my order for 5 months and I received it. I bought the fork at a discount. The support service responds quickly(1 day). When I had been waiting for 3 months I wrote to them and they said i need to keep waiting and I waited and received product :)

I have already bought in this store and everything was correct, but after purchasing two shock absorbers, the goods did not arrive after 2 months. I applied for a refund and received information to provide my account and transfer details, but after two months there was no money. the store had a lot of time to fulfill the contract but did not do it. I don't recommend it anymore

I got wrong suspension fork. I returned it according to their instructions. RCZ have received fork over a month a go but they have not refunded my money and don't answer any e-mails considering this order.

After 52 days I still can't get my orders, or my money back. Customer service just awful...

I purchased a pair of brakes on July 21, 2023 and 5 months later I still haven't received the order.
The order appears as sent in my personal RCZ account, identified with a tracking number since September. However, when carrying out a search on the carrier's website, the order is still awaiting receipt by RCZ.
I have already sent several emails asking about what happened but the responses are late and not enlightening.
In the last emails sent, I requested a refund of the total amount paid (material + transport), they asked for my IBAN, which I sent immediately (at the beginning of December), but so far I have not received any refund.
Every week I resend the email with the IBAN, but so far they have not made any transfers and they also do not respond to emails.

I've made an order to a product that was misleadingly described. I canceled order.
Than waited, and waited, no refund.
Then I stared to write to these scumbags and kept getting same answer .. to wait, and wait but never got my money. The 20 business days passed and nothing, no refund.
After like 45 days I have raised the case to VISA and when VISA stepped in I got a bogus email from RC telling me that they made a refund to me. Today is 10 days since they say they refunded me but I still got nothing in my account.
So after more than 2 months since my order and 10 days since they say they refunded me ... i have NO money back from this bogus company called RCZ.
I think they are a scam and scumbag company but all in all they are just thieves!
Avoid anything with these people, if you have money to spare its better to play them at the lottery!

LE: This is 16.01.2024 and these scumbags from RCZ continue to lie to VISA and Revolut chargeback, stating that they refunded me already. They seem oblivious to the fact that VISA sees every money I get into my account and they are sending hand written notes to VISA to falsely convince them that a refund its been made on my account.
Such LOW life scumbags, lying thieves like RCZ I have not met on the whole internet!

This is 09.02.2024 and I still havent received nothing from these scumbags.
I have recovered my money by making a chargeback at Revolut/VISA witch is what I advice everyone to do!
Also this will begin a reputation sheet for these scammers that will block their accounts in the future!
APPLY FOR CHARGEBACK WITH VISA OR MASTERCARD!

08.03.2024: Final result: i have received my final refund from Revolut!
I have also received the documents RCZ sent to Revolut as proof of refund .... only problem is that they are different from what RCZ sent me as a proof of refund ... different date and different bank account. I would call them stupid as hell!
There is a saying ... lies have short legs!

As of today, I see 2 new people that gave been scammed
