Before ordering from RCZ, I strongly recommend reading the "Our Philosophy" section on their website — it clearly explains what this shop is (and isn't) about. RCZ is not your typical bike store.
If you're looking for fast shipping on everything or the convenience of PayPal, this probably isn't the right place for you. Most of their deals are pre-order based, with delivery times usually around 2 to 3 months — sometimes longer. So only order if you can truly wait for the item.
That said, if an item is marked as “in stock,” I’ve consistently received my orders within a week, sometimes even faster. So there is a clear difference in handling between stock items and pre-orders.
If you understand how their model works, it’s hard to find better deals anywhere — many prices are even below standard wholesale. I've had a few issues in the past, but they were always handled fairly and to my satisfaction.
In short: RCZ is ideal for patient, informed buyers looking for unbeatable prices — not for impulsive shoppers expecting next-day delivery.

I discovered RCZ Bike Shop a few years ago and have spent thousands of euros over there since then. I built dozens of bikes for myself and my friends for unbeatable and sometimes obnoxiously low prices with parts bought at RCZ. One part required a warranty claim, but it was handled professionally and reasonably fast. It's true that sometimes you have to wait for long periods of time for your order, but if you accept RCZ's mission and the way they operate, you'll be satisfied. It's a go to shop for people who know what they're looking for, but are willing to wait for the right item to be in stock.

A useful site for very good prices when you subscribe to the daily newsletters and receive discount codes for purchases. Don't expect things in a hurry but if you know that when you buy and read all the information then you can get some bargains. I have been using them for years.

After three successful orders. On January 25, 2025, I ordered carbon wheels with a delivery time of 40 business days. Once this period had passed, I contacted RCZ to ask when they planned to ship the wheels. They were unable to provide an estimated delivery date, so I was given the option to cancel the order and receive a refund, which I agreed to.
After 12 days, the store still has not refunded my money, and in the last few days, they have stopped responding to my emails.

Edit 5.4.: The money was refunded today. In the future, I will shop at the store again, but only for items that are in stock.

It’s obvious they used my money (for several months) to preorder items from their suppliers, and now they’re offering those same products at a higher price than what was originally advertised to me.
So basically, they are using customers’ money in a dishonest and exploitative way.

(RCZbikeshop operates in a way similar to a bank — but instead of offering any return on your "deposit," they cause actual financial damage. They unilaterally cancel customer preorders without prior notice or consent, and the refunds often result in monetary loss due to transaction fees and currency conversion costs. So customers end up receiving less than what they originally paid — through no fault of their own.
As a “compensation,” the webshop offers loyalty points — which are redeemable, but don’t even cover the loss. And beyond that, it is completely unacceptable that a business would intentionally harm its clients financially, then force them to shop again at the same store in order to recover even a portion of the damage.)
This webshop absolutely deserves a thorough investigation by financial and consumer protection authorities to uncover these DISHONEST PRACTICES, and to ensure they are HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS BEFORE THE AUTHORITIES.

After successfully placing and receiving several orders from this webshop, I recently experienced a serious issue. They unexpectedly canceled two of my orders—placed and paid for five months ago—without any prior communication. The total value of these orders exceeded 850 Euros.
These orders contained multiple items from different brands, including Fox Racing Shocks, Onza, Shimano, Magura, Tranz-X, and RaceFace. In total, I ordered 12 different products from these 6 brands. Despite waiting patiently for months, the company canceled both entire orders, citing "stock problems." However, this explanation seems highly questionable, considering the variety and number of products involved.
Even more concerning, I discovered that at least two of the canceled items are now listed as in stock—but with slightly modified product codes. Their specifications are identical to the ones I originally ordered. This strongly suggests that they may have used my payment to pre-order these products, then, when some items didn't arrive, rather than fulfilling part of my order or offering a partial refund, they simply canceled everything and resold the items.
Adding to the frustration, they only offered me 15 Euros in "loyalty points" as compensation, which can only be used for future purchases and doesn't even cover the transaction fees I paid to my bank.
This experience raises serious concerns about their business practices. I still have one pending order (placed a month ago), and I’m waiting to see how they handle that. However, based on this situation, I cannot recommend this webshop.

I placed an order (20 working days to ship), they cancelled my order after 2.5 MONTHS, meanwhile STILL allowing customers to order the product. And guess what, it was STILL ON SALE for at least a week after the cancellation!!!
I got a refund, but lost money on 2x currency conversion and drop in exchange rate. This is BS.

Unbeatable or even very low prices compared to any other online retailer at least in Europe. Product line is limited and website might not be the fanciest in the industry but I personally don't care about that. Have been ordering 10+ times past years without any issues. Yes the delivery estimates are long and can even be late, so if in a hurry or expecting items arrive just on time, dont bother to order. But the products I have received have been top notch and packed very well! Had also some refund cases with RCZ and no problems either, funds have arrived within a week.

RCZ has usually the best prices. Sometimes you need to wait a bit longer for the delivery, but the goods will arrive. Quality of the parts is perfect and the packaging is super. If parts are urgent, you only may order parts with availability "in stock". It's the best shop for building it's own bike with high quality parts for the best price.

REMINDER: Do NOT order items on "pre-order" if you need them in 1-2 days. And you won't have "delays" on upgrading/replacing your bike-parts. Just KNOW what's more important to you: speed of delivery, or lowest price.

There is offen a problem with the delivery of the goods,as it is not in stock and sometimes it happens that the order is canceled for this reason even 2 months after ordering. The money was always returned. Other times, the goods arrive within a few weeks.

I ordered a wheelset from their Stock (even was shown as „In Stock“ on their websites) to avoid their private sales. Well as of today I haven’t received the parts nor have I been offered an equivalent product. Under Luxemburgian law they need to offer an equivalent product or pay the difference for you to buy it elsewhere (they break the contract by not fulfilling it and hence are liable for damages). Instead of fulfilling their side of the contract they offer 1000 loyalty points which wouldn’t even cover shipping for any order from them.
They clearly break the law and ignore your emails. I‘d stay away.
A refund is seemingly underway but they said that for the last three weeks so…

1. I never asked for a refund. I want you to fulfill your side of the contract. That means delivering the product (which is available), offering product of equal quality (which are available) or pay the damages.
2. You still never offered any other products instead first.

RCZ has become a joke. Four orders placed in aprox. 3-4 months, only a single one was delivered. One was canceled with the reason "supplier did not delivered the goods", a second one for some DT Swiss wheels was canceled with no reason at all, just happened to see the order with status Closed and refund issued. A third order is pending for easily over one month. I think they are trying to fix their cash flow issues with "promotions" on items that they have no intention to deliver. They use the money for weeks and then refund.
Later edit. RCZ replied to me after some days, after I left my feedback here, that the supplier did not delivered the goods. However, the item in question now is again available as in "Not in stock. 20 working days". Kind lf weird that five days ago the supplier did not delivered the goods but you started displaying the item again. Rather obvious that RCZ did not wanted to deliver the item with the promotion discount applied, discount code obviously being sent out by RCZ, but has no issues delivering at full price. As i was saying earlier, the tactic is rather obvious, they promise a nice discount for an expensive item, credit card is charged right away instead of being charged at time of shipping, they use the funds for quite some time and afterwards, if they even bother sending an email regarding cancellation of order, they refund. Is a very easy and free if interest rate way of improving their cash flow.
