Bought a magazine 2 weeks later still nothing arrived tried to contact company nothing back

worst service ever.
Nothing received after 4 weeks
no replies to emails
i contacted bank to say money taken fraudulently
Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered the Tottenham v Leicester programme on 17th September still waiting for this any idea when I will receive this

First of all if there had been a minus one star I would have used it
Ordered a program to be dispatched for a game which was played 8 days ago. Nothing!! 2 email sent, 1 reply more or less blaming the Royal Mail. Very quick to take your money but rubbish on their side of the bargain. For what they charge for delivery it should have been hand delivered. Don't both going here. Rubbish service 😑

Ordered a magazine two week ago nothing emailed nothing back disgusting

We have used this site twice for repeat LFC magazine subscriptions for a birthday/Christmas present for my partner's Dad and have never had an issue.

Looking forward to renewing again in November.

Ordered a programme for a Christmas present on December 7th December 2021, they took the money on the 8th, nothing received from them even an email. I have emailed weekly, asked for refund, absolutely nothing from them. Rip off company, do not buy from, no customer care at all.

Ordered a programme two months ago it never arrived. I emailed and eventually got a reply saying they'd send out a replacement but this one never arrived either. Then several email enquiries went unanswered until I asked for a refund which was promptly issued. Overall shopping with this retailer was unnecessarily stressful experience.

They have been very good over the past 18 months. The majority of programmes I pre ordered arrived prior to or on match day . I too also had issues with the Euro semi and final programmes re delivery, but my email query was answered in reasonable time and the programmes delivered a few days later. I just think they were overwhelmed by demand..not often England “ reach” a major Football final!!..Keep up the good work...👍

Awful service. It took almost 2 weeks to receive my 1st programme after daily email messages chasing this! Then they sent 2 programmes relating to the previous season instead of the correct one!! I eventually asked for my money back as I can’t spend the whole season chasing them for every single programme. Rubbish company !

Why was this company Trusted to deliver euro 2021 final programmes ??. The website did not work to place an order for me. A form gave an error but no explanation of the problem. Email enquires take at least a week to be dealt with, far to long when you need something sorting. Disaster.

I ordered two England programmes I received one but not the euros final one no proper contact from my emails absolutely terrible I've asked for my money back I wouldn't give them any star rating if I could

Ordered the England-Italy programme. Money taken. No sign of it two weeks later. Tried to contact. Auto reply saying no phones working or staff due to Covid. I hate to admit it, but it’s feeling like I’ve been scammed.
I hope future customers of theirs read these reviews first before parting with their cash.

Absolute time wasters - contacted my credit card to open a chargeback. I recommended everyone else to do the same. No sign of items i paid for and no reply to emails

They have no customer service you phone Answear machine you send email 10 to 15 days they say they will reply fail to deliver I ordered 33 euro final programmes not received them I've let customers down they have staff that can reply on twitter but not emails they deal with clubs like Liverpool Manchester united and celtic I will know be contacting these clubs to let them. Know what kind of company they are dealing with and hopefully other people reading this will do same I'm gutted I've let customers down and going to put myself in debt to refund thank reach sports for ruining my lovely little business see you in court or even judge rinder

Ordered two England programs last week. I’ve had no email to say they have been dispatched. Been 7 days now. Not happy. Can’t contact anyone . No number . Says 7-5 days to respond to a poxy email. How can you work like that? It’ll be the World Cup before my euro programs turn up. IF THEY TURN UP. I’m hoping this isn’t a scammer site. If it is I’d like to hope there’s a way I can be refunded.

I have been trying to contact Reach to confirm when my subscription finishes. No one replies to any emails or phone messages.
