Lovely books that were very well packed. Quick delivery so didn't have to wait long to start my chosen project.

Very good service and very nice online service and delivery service.

Products are excellent unfortunately their customer service is poor. I ordered and paid for 2 balls of Bernat Aran and only one was invoiced and delivered. I called customer service several days ago and was told that the matter would be looked into and an answer would be given either by an e Mail or a telephone call, to date neither has happened.

I ordered a 300g Bernat Softee Chunky Tweeds Wool.
It was a Grey with a Fleck of Blue, Yellow, White running through it.
Nice Wool, Great Price, with a Free Pattern of Mitts on the Back of the Label.
My only Personal Preference was that, I would have preferred the Many Coloured Flecks to be Smooth, as most of them were just like " hanging off" and i was getting the inclination to pull them off.
Thats just my Preference though, not a Complaint. Lots of Nice Colours to choose from.

Quite expensive compared to other kits. No Cushion backing and the fibres are quite short.

Because I believed when I bought it it was same method as the rugs with latch hook didn't know it was cross stitch or i wouldn't have ordered it had to give it away because the packaging was not very good so could not return it i don't do cross stitch

Items were good value for money. One item was out of stock and a refund was given.

Love the rug. Dropped a star because it is difficult to distinguish white from the palest brown colour . Otherwise very satisfied with the product.

And Excellent quality yarn thankyou i will be ordering again it might be a good idea to hold a bit more stock of the super chunky yarn as in the UK it is very hard to get apart from China when you cannot be sure of quality and delivery takes weeks so I will recommend you on all my knitting groups......thankyou

Great bargain pack of wool, could have done without the cotton real but will donate to charity shop, rest was great and good value

I bought a big box of random yarn, and it wasn't very random. I got a lot of stuff which was all the same type that I can't use, which is a shame, but it did say random so I suppose it's fair enough. Sigh.
