Will definitely use again
The customer service was excellent. Royal Mail damaged my parcel and half my order was missing when it arrived. I contacted Readicut and my refund was processed almost immediately. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Was sent the wrong item and I was out of pocket paying postage to return the item they sent to me in error. They are not refunding my postage but will take the amount of if I order something else!!!
Far from happy about this as this was their mistake!!!

A rug to keep my feet warm. 🤔 🤓
As the nights draw in and the weather gets cooler I decided I'd start rug making again. Currently doing a rug in raspberry and blue. I order the wool a bit at a time and it arrives a couple of days later. Excellent service, just wish the colour palette was a little clearer on my phone. 🤔🤓
