Purchased a bulk box of my favourite yarn . Colours where brilliant , so happy with my purchase especially the price and quick delivery

Readicut is my “go to” shop for good quality yarn materials. Reliable company; they even have a phone number and what’s more, someone will actually answer your call! I started latch hook rug making when I had to give up sewing and with help from Readicutt I’ve found my new passion.

Super fast delivery. The yarn packs and boxes of cotton yarn are amazing value for money. This is my second order of Hello cotton and it’s wonderful for all my Amigurumi projects and the colour range is just what I need.

Prompt delivery of my project last summer and excellent and quick problem solving so that I could complete it this summer.. However, I was disappointed that the correct number of fagots of each colour were not provided. I had to ask for six more , representing 900 knots, of the base colour (which were sent by return, thank you) but also, right at the end, I was half a fagot (70+ knots) short of another colour so I had to amend the design. Then I am left with11 unused fagots in 8 various colours - so the calculations of thread/knot numbers needs to be improved.
I hope it was better 20 years ago because I have found a half finished rug which I am now hoping to finish - so if I am short of fagots there the colours will be difficult to match!

Great products and pricing. The items are just what I ordered. I had no time or update on when they would come, it ended up being about 10 days.
I haven't scored 5 as I was disappointed I couldn't track the shipment. But that being said the Lily Sugar and cream is worth the wait and I shall be ordering in the future.

I bought the kit for my granddaughter as she loves unicorns I have until November to get them made up the large unicorn which I bought will be ready for Christmas

I am very happy with my Readicut rug, the only thing I was disappointed in was the length of time it took before I received it. I ordered it at the end of January this year, but it was only delivered the middle of April, but hopefully that was only a one off problem.

This kit was drastically reduced so a truly terrific price. Unfortunately the 'kit' does not include a latch hook so I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

Found the exact yarn that I wanted, and at a very competitive price.

I wad very happy with the colours of yarn in the package, they are very usable as I make blankets etc for charity. I haven't used the yarn yet so can't comment on ease of use but quality seems OK.

I had a query regarding a large rug kit which I purchased some years ago and it became obvious after completing about 80% of it that I was short of one particular shade of wool. There was no response to my email but a phone call with a very helpful person rapidly resolved the situation and the additional wool turned up a few days later.

Order arrived very quickly, well packaged and great communication from the company.

Very disappointed with the contents. One large ball was cut to ribbons-see picture
None of the balls have the weight on them-so not sure what type it is or how much is in each ball. There is no batch number either-so don’t know if the colours would be same dye number.
The quality is poor
I will not be buy from Readicut again

Received the ordered 2 x Wooden Hook Latch Tools, both faulty. Emailed Readicut to explain, asking for return and refund details. Not heard from them 3 days later. Emailed a request for a reply to my email, still not received. Order was delivered on time with everything in it but disappointed and frustrated in the naff after service
