New to the the area we were in desperate need for some hard wearing entrance hall carpeting.
Popped into store met by friendly staff, Josh showed us some available options, less than an hour later the fitters were at our property laying the carpet. A top service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service like no other...
I needed a rug delivered pretty quickly, but was unsure if it was in stock. Daniel replied on the weekend to my email, confirmed it was in stock first thing on Monday morning...and the Rug was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Absolutely thrilled with my rug too, great quality ans stylish. Brilliant customer service, friendly and transparent.Highly recommended. Thank you again.

Lovely good quality rug!
Lovely range of really good quality rugs through reads rugs. Our purchase was for my parents and they are so pleased with the lovely vibrant colours and good quality of the rug that definitely exceeded their expectations. The rug looks gorgeous. My only gripe was that we didn’t get an email to say when it was going to be delivered. Luckily my parents were in when it arrived but we were not made aware prior to this. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

When returning home we checked the website again and decided to order this online. We ordered on the Friday an and it was delivered on the following Tuesday. Extremely quick turn around and excellent service in store and online.
