There were a few problems (sent the wrong rug) but I must stress how helpful and considerate the company was, they tried everything they could to resolve the problem. I was sent a replacement rug free of charge and it is perfect, Thank you very much and I will happily reorder from this company, the rugs is beautiful. Five Stars *****
