I have been using RD for several years and have not had any serious problems. I am confused about one issue though: if I change my media box, will I lose my account? How do I go about letting RD know I'm changing my device and because of this my IP will be different to the I've I have been using all these years?

Been using real Debrid for a few years now. Recently it started throwing me off kodi even though I was in credit. I’ve re-authorised my account/device and I’m still having issues. Trying to contact customer help is impossible as there are no contact numbers or email addresses. Really disappointing, looks like Real Debrid are about to lose a former happy customer.

Since uploading my review of Real Debrid I have been contacted by them and given really helpful advice on how to stop the crashes. It was actually my VPN that was causing the problems. A few changes to the VPN settings and everything is working fine.

Sorry Real-Debrid for my hasty negative review. I’ve given you the 5 stars you rightly deserve.

A genuine company that offers multi-hosts plans that work. Your money well spend!

I quite like this service, I use real-debrid for a long time but there is no official contact channel. Can't use any service for more than 3 days (hoster_unavailable)

It works like charm for all the hosters it supports. Maximum speed and resume support was all I needed.
But it lacks some most popular hosters like k2c. Its a 5* if they added hosters like k2c, TezFiles, TakeFile, Xubster, FileJoker, Shabby Share etc. Although I am very pleased with there service and support.

Seriously thought about giving up on streaming until someone suggested RealDebrid so bought a 3 month subscription. That was 4 years ago and I now renew every 6 months. The reason is its a brilliant service. People writing bad reviews obviously have not mastered how to use it. Pair it with the K app and your in streaming heaven.

Have been using them for the past 12 years. Has always been working. Speeds are excellent, can always max out my gigabit internet. Flawless.
The puzzling part is that prices have remained the same for the past 12 years. Only service which does not change with inflation.

Just got it today, what a relief after years of problems with Linkifier!
Linkifier was so bad that I got a direct account at DDL to get anything downloaded at all.

After hearing good things about Real-Debrid I decided to give Multi-Hosters another chance and I'm so glad I did!

Note: As already mentioned, haven't used it much yet.

I can't live without it. I've had it for over a year and now it's just not the same without it. I was a little worried as far as credit card info at first but Downloading Pirate suggested it and I trust him completely. It's always been a great service.

I've only been using the service for a short time and have had no issues with hosts (unless the hosts themselves are undergoing maintenance) or connected devices.

The helpdesk is very responsive with prompt replies (got a reply in under 20mins) which is quite outstanding customer service.

The multi-hosts is really the winner here and one of the reasons why the service attracted me to begin with as I've actually saved a heck of a lot of money on purchasing separate plans for different file hosts.

Site navigation is straight forward and very much a joy because it's layout makes moving around your account simple and effortless.

Works with download managers flawlessly.

I can honestly say that Real-Debrid is now my top manager.

I was dubious of this at first , but all I can say it’s class. It really does work with no buffering. Excellent solution for cord cutters most definitely. I read up on it via troypoint first.

Excellent service. I love it. Thank you for the fantastic experience. Only one ding is a lot of VPN exits are blacklisted and you either have to go through a trial and error or switch to a VPN that works with real-debrid. Other than this, I highly recommend Real-Debrid

I have trird to renew today using usual cc method on web but payment just hangs after submit and blank white screen
I cant seem to find any help options relevent on site? anyone else had similar?

Had an Account for about 7 or 8 Monts now, everything worked fine so far, sometimes a Hoster is down but for that Price, it was okay.

Today it seems like i am banned? I can login but no download work. The Account says it is Premium and there are 9 Days left in the Abo but no Hoster is working anymore. I don't get any Error Message.

There is no support, where you can contact anyone. You get no help in this situation, seems like this Account is gone. Very sad but block my without any reason: 1 Star! I never exceeded a Traffic Limit or something. I am no Hardcore downloader and i never shared my Account Data.

Edit: my account is working again, maybe this was just a temporary Problem. But because of the Answer from RD, this is still not worth 5 Stars.

Have the account now two days, a few hosters running, but eg Ddownload.com is constantly on "Host is temporarily unavailable via real-debrid.com" then rather directly with the hoster to get an account.
Here is only fraud, advertise with all possible hosters and get you do as good as nothing.

Bad operator, it's not just Ddownload it's like that with almost all hosters.
With you you can not complain personally, my neighbor you have blocked afterwards although the account was paid. And that has nothing to do with greedy!!!

I was just robbed by a reseller! I paid for 180 days and didn’t get the voucher! vikingislandman5. After many emails with both the reseller company and western union, it turns out I was wrong in my assumption of the reseller. It was western union that canceled the transaction as the person named Chun Wei C Lee was currently blocked by western union because of corporate policy by western union. Nothing low about my mind. The link I found was on your website (real debrid), led me to 24instant, Chun Wei C Lee is the person there selling vouchers through western union. He violated they’re corporate policy. Thus, your problem, your link! I’ve proven myself!

I absolutely LOVE real debrid. I would like to know if I could bring my device with me on vacation without my account being terminated.

Really good value for money and trustworthy. I'm always a little wary of giving my card details to sites I don't know, but I'm glad I did on this occasion.

This is a brilliant service, just great value for money with all features you get and no issues at all with recurring billings or anything like that. Hope this helps anyone else who may be on the fence like I was.
