New authorized account, code accepted and payment processed but service doesn't work. They have NO contact info on their web site. Yet another scam company.

Update: Real Debrid has corresponded in trying to resolve the issue.

I am using this service for over 5years.

I usually forget that I am using it and I am only reminded when my subscription runs out because it "just works"!

Any site that requires registration to see their pricing and isn't upfront deserves a one star from me

Great. No issues and whenever there is downtime they always give everyone a week odd extra for the inconvenience

Does the job. Had a buffering issue but they’ve checked the servers for me and it’s not those. Had some issues with customer service in the beginning but that changed and I got decent advice.

Crazy credit card issue. Sent a support ticket and got a timely reply. Within an hour issue was resolved and my account restored. Excellent service!!

One of the best debrid service i ever had. -1 for not allowing multi IP at same time

The support team are fast and very helpful. If there're more than 5 stars I'd give them 10 of 10.

i am not a tech wiz so i don't know technical terms
i use this for kodi and it greatly increases the number of links i get so can watch nearly any movie i want
it would get 5 stars but when i tried to use debit card to pay didn't go through and threw up a red flag at bank and had to go through the rigmarole of having to phone bank.
never had a problem using it and have been using for over a year

Brilliant service. Can`t say a single bad thing about it. It works for everything I use it for. Linked to my Shield TV it makes HD and UHD streaming simple. I`m another person who doesn`t understand the negative comments. One of my daughters uses the service and loves it as well.

Excellent service and all that it should be and more...cant understand the negative remarks...works straight out of the package as they say...

Works great and cheaper than other multihosters

It works quite fine in the US, appreciate how fast it loads things. Customer service is not the best but I rarely need contacting them and it is cheap enough to forget about it

Horrible, can't watch one movie one tv show with out constant interruptions, I can get over 200+ links but all are worth crap! Unless it's in a language I can't understand then it works perfectly, the audio is awesome, but I can't watch what I can't understand..
Boycott them and you'll see change. They don't even respond when I ask for help..smh
You get what you pay for, to bad when you pay premium, you don't get premium service that's for sure.. real debrid use to be the bees knees.. now it's just lame AF!

The worst customer service ever, just look at how they reply to the reviews! So Cinema HD is having issues with real debrid, (It's all over the Internet) and I asked for a refund per their TOS. They say they refunded me (I will see if they actually did when the credit hits) and they suspended my account. I asked why did they suspend my account, they said "because we have better things to do then issue refunds because you can't manage your third party apps?" And they wonder why they get one star reviews. Bunch of Internet tough guys.

Where is the actual Customer Support...? There's a "help" button but it's all pre-installed cherry picked questions that real-debrid have created but no option to contact them individually via say email to ask a specific question or ask for support. It's like I'm being kept at arms length and not allowed to know too much. ? Also the RD links are getting worse. No sound on lots of them or out of sync with audio and video plus massive subtitles on loads. I'd say that I'm satisfied about 35-40% of the time with the service I receive so I don't think I'll be continuing with RD once my subs run out despite being a customer for a few years now. I'll maybe try all-debrid or another similar company.

To those telling you how every link works. LOLOLOL There is an average of 15 filehosters down 99% of the time now and this is a service that takes your money and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT !!!!! You've been warned. It was good once, but now its just a mess. Haven't gotten any debrid links to work in half the apps I use and have it logged in. If you are going to go with a Debrid service, find one that actually cares enough about you and the reputation of its product. They actually have a way to contact when you pay for it and it doesn't log in, or you pay for it and everything is down on it, except the hosts that are already FREE !!!! Garbage

Update: LOLOL There you go for how professional this company is. They ignored the FACT that I called them out for having NO contact info for customer support. You know, like most professional legit companies. LOLOL And instead decided to attack instead a paying customer with low brow insults. Bottom-line is they want you to pay them to supply FREE hosters and they spend more time down, then up. Right now, almost half the hosts they advertise carrying, DOWN. Those up? 90% of them are free hosts. If it were not a fact, they wouldn't hide from the people who they so graciously accept their money from. Thanks Real Debrid, for proving my point that you are nothing more then a joke of a site. Let's see how many of your competitors hide from their customers. Only thieves and con artists do that. Oh and one last thing. LOLOLOL But, you are right. I must of been low minded, to of given you a nickel, without first looking into the fact you hide from customers to avoid being accountable.

Been using APK streaming apps for 10 years. It wasn't until this year that discovered real debrid. Could have saved myself 10 yrs of aggravation and throttling. For a few bucks a month every link works and corresponds.

99% i use it to convert torrents, were works fine. The bad thing is that doesn't support many file hosters like keep2share, filejoker or easybytez which is very common in my country.
