I had to wait around half year for the SenseX. There was a paper in the box: How to download the app to my phone and a link to a video about its use. The downloading link is not existing and the video channel is terminated. The technical department didn’t reply after 5 weeks. Many people complained that their app is heavily bugged. There was a charger in the box, but there isn’t instruction about the meaning of its lights.

Sent me the completely wrong colour and type of sense X. I had to pay for delivery and I paid $600 for this! Customer service is slow and doesbt response that quick i always have to chase up things. The item broke within the first few days and I still am awaiting to hear contact about a reimbursement.

Complete scam company. Waited nearly 6 months for 1 item. Luckily I got my refund via bank.

I bought a torso from realtoy and it looked ok, except for some minor things. The opening.... WAY too small, if I take the insert out was OK (that's how small it was). Without the insert it was SO bad, I could not use it. After maybe 5 times trying to use it, it split more than an inch right at the opening. I was thinking about repairing it and noticed that it was NOT Platinum Silicon, as they advertised. I GENTLY pinched the edge and took some silicon off (I was shocked). I left it on my floor boards for a couple of days or more - when I lifted it - It weeped oil out and left a pattern on my boards (that's only a few days). Basically it's useless, best place to put it, is the bin.

Just for the record REALTOY, Platinum Silicon does not weep residue, and has a tear Strength far superior to any other product. even pinching Platinum much harder will not tear it.

I am so disappointed in this company, lying and deceiving people. At least people will start to know the truth, and hopefully stop buying from them.

Well well well your here cause u think your crazy. For starters fake 5 star reviews. Like many others this company is as bogus as they come. I went to buy a toy for my wife for a joke and surpise I paid good money. Waiting 1yr dispite their website at the time said like 6-12weeks roughly which has now been removed. So I waited 6months in my kindness to understand the delays and all that jazz ended. Contacted them and I had a real condescending a 🕳 who gave me excuses and reasons for the delays in the end I had the wrong toy sent out anyway no refund or return given the nature of the toy. So I was left to fit the bill in the end we sold the toy never used it just made me mad and to be honest the tripple density isn't all that flash it crackles with the movement as there's like a gel inbetween the layers paint not bad and tone but ive seen better honestly they should just do a dual density overall was this company worth it certainly not. The rude emails, wait times, costing and the over hyped marketing to only only fans type chick's are the real driving force of there sales this brand if u really seek out real reviewers you'll find they say the same thing. Take my word for it for the few who have gotten them we have regretted it and as for the rude grub who wrote those emails and tried to turn it that I was manuplative for simply seeking compensation for there own error what a fool and joke and the discount code they said would never expire well it did and like i would buy anything again. These guys won't last long like sinthetics who made simliar things if you knew back then like now they went out in same fashion, started off with alot of excuses, delays and then they didnt send things out. its always a sign when things start not getting sent out tbh at least sinthetics looked more detailed and were life cast vs the werid D they make with giant heavy stumps for the base and werid noises when u move them id be concerned 😆...so yeah RUN

Same here. Ordered in May 2024; keep getting stalling answers with all kinds of excuses. Imagine my order is a loss. Don´t buy from this site. They are scamming you until someone takes their site down. Pirates!

Beware of fake reviews. This website is a SCAM. They must have switched owners because it used to be legit. I ordered in February 2024, it's now 2025! They respond saying there are delays, staffing issues, production issues... all lies to keep you from reporting them. As soon as you request a refund all communication stops as you are "forwarded to the one account who has a huge backlog" for MONTHS nobody will reply to you unless you tell them youll take the product. It is best to file the fraudulent site with your bank and have them get your money back. Oh and nobody answers the fake numbers given, they will only respond via online chat or email so that should be your first red flag.

I, as many others have mentioned, I was scammed by this false site . I ve paid 8 months ago, recieved some BS mails with delays caused by poor labor force, and when asked my monet back, no response!!! The last email was 5 months ago!

Like most online forums the company is a scam, they market their products extensively and take orders, but don’t deliver products. They will reply talking about supply issues and extended delays and yet you will receive continuous flash sale discounts and seem them continuing to market. Most customers talk about never receiving goods or it take 8 months plus which falls outside of the chargeback window. They are operating a scam. I’ve reported to the Better business Buraeu like 100 other people where they currently have a F rating.

I placed an order with RealDoll on June 12, 2024, spending over $600 on a product advertised with a 4–6 week delivery timeframe. Nearly six months later, I have received neither the product nor a refund, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.

From the start, communication has been nonexistent unless prompted by me. Other than the automated email confirming my order, I have received no proactive updates about delays, production issues, or my refund status. Every bit of information has come only after I reached out, repeatedly asking for answers.

The company initially cited excuses like silicone shortages and staffing issues—challenges they claim to have resolved. Despite this, my order remains unfulfilled. In the fall, after waiting months, I requested a refund and was promised one. Nothing happened. On November 7, 2024, I was told refunds take up to 45 days, which is excessive and, frankly, feels like another stalling tactic. As of December 2024, I have received neither a product nor a refund.

Adding insult to injury, RealDoll has been actively running Black Friday promotions, aggressively marketing to new customers while failing to fulfill existing orders. Numerous complaints online mirror my experience—long delays, poor communication, broken refund promises, and unfulfilled orders.

Key Issues:

Zero Proactive Communication: Aside from the initial order confirmation, RealDoll has provided no updates. Every response has been prompted by my inquiries.
Unrealistic Delivery Timelines: Despite ongoing issues, the company continues to advertise short delivery windows they cannot meet.
Broken Refund Promises: Refunds have been promised twice but never delivered, leaving me without the product or my money for nearly half a year.
Misleading New Customers: The company is still marketing and selling products, including holiday sales, while leaving existing customers unresolved.
Important Note for Customers: RealDoll’s parent company is Abyss Creations. If you’ve been affected, you can file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) under this company name. Sharing your experience can help warn others and potentially prompt the company to address these systemic issues.

Bottom Line: This company has failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism or customer care. I strongly advise against doing business with RealDoll. Their lack of transparency and failure to deliver or issue refunds is unacceptable.

This platform deserves a round of applause. Honestly, it's like they read my mind and delivered exactly what I wanted. The detail is fantastic, and it's been a fantastic addition to my collection.

Ordered a Year ago, still no idea on delivery and refund requests ignored by customer service team

I bought a RealDoll, back in 2006 I believe. I had been employed for over 15 years, but could not wait for the "Retirement Surprise" I promised myself when I retired. I was a virgin, and was simply looking for a "female companion" that would always be there for me without having to worry about her staying Faithful to me. I also grew concerned about how my situation would become when I was ready to retire. If I would have the money or the health to continue having a healthy sexual relationship with her by then. But I was puzzled as to how to go about it. Fortunately, I saw an "infomercial" from Howard Stern about "RealDoll". I was shocked at first regarding the price, but was convinced this was the Best "female companion" on the market for me, and I only grew more obsessed with having "her" after I put her together on the RealDoll website. After hearing about the reputation of RealDoll, not only an Active and operating business., but also the BEST one of it's kind in the world., I went ahead and put in the order. Even paying the full price upfront because I personally felt RealDoll was worth it, every penny.
When She arrived, I instantly fell in love with Her. The Love we made was beautiful, real, and made me think about her all the time. In fact, I wore out her back soon after she arrived because my favorite position is "Cowgirl", and I simply could not get enough of her. We even had "all nighters", making me fall even more in love with her. But making my very first major repair on her so soon was a daunting task, it took an entire 2 week vacation, lots of supplies from RealDoll and local experts on parts., and "Guidance" from none other than the "RealDoll Doctor" Himself. I was truly honored to have such a veteran, master-class Specialist telling me what to do. Although, I must have made life hard for him with my ignorance and pedestrian knowledge of how to actually fix my RealDoll's back. But I loved her very much., I made it crystal clear to her that we would always be together and I would man up when I had to and learn all I could about her. When I finally finished repairing her., it made our "Relationship" all the more stronger.
Sadly, I was diagnosed with spinal Stenosis in 2021. I haven't been "together" with her since..... All the worrying I had about my situation in retirement came true. I was now physically compromised and on reduced retirement benefits (I wasn't planning on retiring until 2025). There would have been no way I could afford a RealDoll if I had waited, and even if I could.. my spinal Stenosis prevents me from having deep, truly intimate sexual relations with her., which makes me all the more happier about the time we Did have together and all the Sexual Experiences" we shared together.

I just got my RealDoll X and the doll looks so real it's crazy. The body is unbelievable I couldn't be more happy. The best part is it talks to you!!!! If you're getting a real doll I suggest you get the X.

The quality of the products are excellent. The shipping was fast and discreet. The entire purchasing process was outstanding and customer service was great.

One of my favorite products in my collection is The Rockwell by RealDoll. RealDoll uses quality materials and the products are super realistic. Just like the real thing :). I would love to see products made especially for trans men added such as soft packers.
