Glorious bouquet. Delivered on time and what a treat when they arrived! Thank you SO much to the RFC team for making my day. Kitchen looks and smells gorgeous.

The flowers were outstanding an incredibly fresh, ordered online. My girlfriend was absolutely blown away. I have ordered a few times and RFC never disappoints.

Only reason I’m giving one star is because the flowers turned up four days late. All dead all flopped over. The real flower company have been fantastic!!! Cosmo gave me a full refund no quibble. But they really do need to look into the delivery company they used. I have had flowers before delivered by a really reliable delivery company. Sadly they didn’t use the same one as they did at Christmas. My flowers that I had at Christmas were outstanding and the ones before and they lasted for nearly 2 weeks. I’m just very very sad and that I didn’t get my flowers this time, I’m not going to moan on as they did repay me the money and I am grateful for that.

Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on 1st March for delivery on 7th March. Delivery for named day charged on top of the 95 pounds for the flowers. Flowers were lost by delivery company and only tracked down by me chasing myself. Delivered 24 hours late. They have refused request for compensation - would not recommend

Very poor. My flowers did not arrive and there has been no communication from the company as to why. They appear shipped with DPD to arrive on 23 December but were delayed according to DPD and that is the last I have heard. They will of course now be ruined and I asked fir a refund or credit voucher but have had no reply to my emails. Very, very disappointed with the Real Flower company who I have used before and trusted.

Received my order today, not used this company before, the flowers are just ok 😕 some are browning slightly, a couple of others will be dead by the morning I think. I would say just seems a lot of money for what I actually received. Won't use again if I'm honest.

I just received the most beautiful bunch of flowers with the most amazing scent from this company. It was carefully arranged and came in a stunning green box with green ribbon. I shall be sending all my friends and family flowers from here, I'm just in love with what I just received.

My mother's day flowers arrived two days late ! which ruined the day... I am still in shock, after a phone call and two emails no one has got back to me... I wasted £92 and The Real Flower Company don't care. Beware.

average blooms at best with the addition of garden herbs ( 2 stems rosemary ) plus evergreens

I have used this company for several years both for myself and as gifts. Always having them delivered.
ALL my ordered in the past 18months have arrived in a such state and damage. Flowers fallen out of the hat boxes, the hat boxes flung around and wet inside the delivery box. Total mess of flowers. Even the replacement arrangements that they sent on the various occasions arrived in the same state.
I am so sorry and disappointed to have to stop buying from them as I truely love their roses.
I would no longer recommend this company if delivery is required.

I am reluctant to write this review but, having tried three times to contact by telephone on two different numbers am hoping this will work… I received some flowers from my daughter a couple of weeks ago ( the reason for the delay explained above ) The flowers arrived In very poor condition ,tired looking, with two broken stems… I attempted to revive them using the enclosed advice to no avail, not wishing to tell my daughter of my disappointment… l have previously received flowers from Real Flowers, also in poor condition, hopefully somebody will now respond…

I absolutely LOVE this company and their stunning flowers.
Jo and Jilly are so lovely and are extremely helpful when I’m offering flowers for my floristry business.
Their customer service is second to none.
The flowers are always fabulous. I have comments all the time from my brides saying they’ve never seen such beautiful flowers with incredible scent.
Highly highly recommended.

Do not order if you need your flowers delivered on time. I paid extra to ensure delivery as I needed the flowers for an event and the flowers didn't arrive until my event was finished. Customer service did nothing to help and the courier service was not apologetic at all (apparently my flowers missed a connection for some inexplicable reason). Customer service was also shut on a Saturday which meant I had to chase the courier company myself. I ought to be given a full refund as my flowers were ultimately futile. I ordered them a week in advance and it's laughable that when the box arrived it was clearly marked as 'Perishable. Goods to be delivered today.' Will NOT BE ordering ever again or recommending to anyone I know.

These flowers are stunning and NEVER disappoint the person who receives them.
Purchased the English Peaches and Cream bouquet as a big thank you, it arrived and was massive with mixed roses (20) and greenery wrapped in real ribbon in a beautiful box. Yes it was on the expensive side for flowers, but it has expressed the fullness of my thanks to those I sent it to, and it looks like it will last a lot longer than the one I received last week from another company that had to be discarded in 4 days.
Very happy, would recommend, I will use this company again.

Dead dying flowers arrived that were really upsetting to receive. Most went in the recycling bin.

The bouquet she received was truly beautiful, full of seasonal flowers and foliage, and her favourite - roses!
4 days on and the flowers are still coming into blossom! A real summer delight!

Extremely disappointed, Unreliable Company who obviously does not care! Called directly from Australia to arrange flowers for my sister's 60th birthday, I wanted for 6 months but choosing different options from their range, I was asked by Cindy to email Lucy..which I did and also attached the 6 different photograghs.. double checked the email was correct, and no reply after 2 days.. My advice is to go elsewhere - to a florist that cares, is reliable and wants your business...

The flowers were delivered between 10.00 and 11.00 on 12/03/2021 and that evening the roses were dying.
This bouquet was bought for Mother's Day but at the rate of deterioration, there will be very few still alive by 14/03/2021.
Extremely disappointing as this was not a cheap gift.
