Ignore the price labels in this shop!!! The prices on the items in this shop…
The prices on the items in this shop increase when you take the item to the till. The first time this happened a garden trowel increased by £4. I needed it urgently so I bought it anyway. I showed the label to the woman at the till but she just said I had to pay the extra. It was a ‘mistake’. The second time was today when a pot of oxalis was labelled at £10 with chalk on a little piece of blackboard but again, on reaching the till, the man said it was a ‘mistake’ and cost £12. I showed him the label but he didn’t budge.

Is in an expensive area so maybe the customers don’t mind being ripped off - but I do! I also think it’s breaking the law to do this.

I have used The Real Flower Company since it took over from David Austin.David Austin were always excellent and so I found with the real flower co., having had such bad experiences with local florists and one with M&S. However, this last time I used your service the flowers I sent to Mrs. Julie Copley barely lasted four days. This was a very big disappointment because every one to whom I have sent flowers from you has been delighted with them and has rung me to tell me so!
I am going to have to send some more to a friend whose birthday is coming up very shortly and I don't have the time to trawl through florists. I do hope she will be pleased with them though I am sure she will be. That was the only complaint I have ever had in all the time I have been using your services. I can't remember the exact date but it was very shortly before Christmas because she had suffered a bereavement.
Otherwise, I have always found your service excellent and every one delighted with their flowers!

Gift vouchers can’t be used at the company’s shops.
I bought a gift voucher for a friend’s ‘big’ birthday in December instead of a bouquet as no flowers at year end are that special. It arrived on time having been easy to order. However I was really disappointed that the vouchers can’t be used at the company’s shops in London.
