This is the first time I have used this company and although everything looks lovely on line you are never quite sure - however, when my order arrived it was just as I saw it and really gorgeous. The quality of the flowers are really fresh and fragrant. I would use this company again.

Lovely flowers
Having received a wreath as a present I decided to gift some flowers.
They too are lovely however, I’d asked for them to be delivered in a specific place where they would been seen by the recipient, however instructions were ignored and they were put in a shed. They were there for 2 days, I really hope this doesn’t change the longevity of the flowers.

The flowers delivered were not fresh
My boss A-J McV ordered the flowers for her bd arrangements.
The flowers delivered were not fresh, some of the leaves brown on the edges and covered in aphis ( dead and live ones ). As a result I did not use the bunch delivered.

Underwhelming
The flowers were poor. The online photo showed beautiful autumnal colours, deep burgundy with complimentary foliage. The sparse bouquet (pale insipid colours) one broken flower with a few sprigs of rosemary did not how the wow factor I was expecting. How on earth could a florist be proud of this disgraceful display, very disappointing - never again…I’ve unsubscribed.

My wreath turned up as stated
My wreath turned up as stated, however some of the flowers had broken off the oasis and would not go back onto it as the stems where to weak, so the wreath didn’t look as full, not worth the money and rather disappointing.

Hugely disappointed with the flowers
Hugely disappointed with the flowers! I bought a bouquet of Dahlia’s for one of my daughters-beautifully boxed with a lovely ribbon and card. But for the cost of over £40, the flowers were small in size and quantity and were drooping after 2 days. I have sent flowers by post using various companies for several years and this has been one of the poorer deliveries. I appreciate it is getting to the end of the Dahlia season, so perhaps it’s not the best time to buy them or perhaps, sell them?

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with my order of Dahlias, I ordered Dahlia Farm Box, of 15 flowers and 12 were all the same colour, Burgundy and the other 3 were all the same color of orange, not at all like the photograph on the website showing mixed colours of Dahlias. I did contact via email to express my disappointment. 3 Flowers were already losing their petals. The ordering was simple and fast and arrived the next day. Sadly I will not be ordering again.

Customer satisfaction is a priority
The flowers were carefully packed and in excellent condition and there was an excellent range of blooms, far better than could be found in a supermarket. The display was absolutely beautiful. It was an outstanding achievement, particular in late summer after several seasons of drought. It is obvious that quality and constant levels of customer satisfaction reign supreme. I rang Real Flowers and got through very quickly to a man who knew what he was talking about and was extremely helpful. Placing the order on line was easy.
The flowers arrived a day earlier than expected and are fabulous - the recipient was overjoyed by them and they look wonderful (my friend happily sent me photos). The whole process was so easy.
I know Real Flowers from their stall at Pimlico Farmers Market on Saturdays in the summer - they always have beautiful flowers to sell and their roses have a heavenly scent.
