This business provides the most amazing service. I find these high-cost purchases for kids really stressful and usually end up overwhelmed by internet research. Margaret has an amazing breadth and depth of knowledge, is a skilled communicator and educator, and has endless patience and calm. She helped me chose a seat that suited my child, the car, my budget and my family. She came to my home and gave me a demonstration of various seats and then fitted my chosen one in the car for me with a full demonstration. I can relax knowing that the kids are comfortable and safe. Car seat is great but took a long while to be delivered not the 7-10 days as stated was more like 4-5 weeks

Margaret was so helpful - understanding what we needed, suggesting another potential seat (which she had a special offer on) and actually looking at our car to advise on fit. Got so much out of her visit.

Rear Facing Toddlers was recently recommended to me by another mum and I wish I’d known about them sooner. I called her for the first time less than a week ago. During the phone call we discussed our needs etc and booked an appointment time for Margaret to visit us with some options to try. I found Margaret’s you tube videos very insightful in my research process between the phone call and Margaret’s visit. Watching how knowledgeable she was gave me and my husband the piece of mind that we could trust Margaret as she was clearly very knowledgeable. During her visit we were able to try multiple options. Once settled on the best fit for our car and our family Margaret installed the seats for us and checked the fit for our children.

Brilliant store and great communication from the store owner when I had questions.

I had some issues installing the straps because my car was not playing ball but I purchased what I needed and all is installed.

It is quite fascinating as a products because my 3 year old concertinas herself in and I’m not sure how comfy it is to sit in but I feel reassured that she is as safe as I can help her to be when we are in the car.

I would recommend this store.
