Awful doll. Hair is shedding. The eyelashes are falling off. The silicone is so sticky we’ve had to wash it and apply baby powder several times, and this is just day two! I paid $289 and ordered a blonde doll - received a brunette. I should have checked the company on Trustpilot before I purchased. Do not make my mistake - do not buy a doll from rebornartdoll.com

If I could give -10 stars I would! My daughter opened this gift on Christmas morning and burst into tears. The beautiful baby in the picture is nothing like the freakish doll we received. I have been in email conversations for 3 days, sent images and requested a refund… today they have told me the maximum I can get is 30%. I feel so stupid for not checking this was a legitimate site and I am blown away they are still allowed to operate! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! The return address offered was some persons house in China… the doll is horrendous and scary looking with matted hair and a bright red face! I will be doing my best to put warnings all over the internet!!

Similar experience to others. My daughters doll was not as pictured. Their customer service was junk so I just filed a claim with my credit card company as these guys are chinese scammers. They asked me to ship the doll to Mr. Ting in guangdong china. Unreal.

If I could give zero stars, my review would be more accurate. I never received delivery of my order. It was lost in transit. This company refused to give me a refund. They have over $200 of mine that needs to be refunded and they will do nothing to help. They are completely fraudulent and I would recommend any customer avoid this site.

Follow up: I filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back!

This company is a complete scam. The product I received was cheap, defective, and nothing like what was advertised. The hair started falling out almost immediately, and now the eyes are literally falling out of the doll. This is beyond poor quality — it is unacceptable and borderline fraudulent.

What makes this even worse is the customer service. I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund, and instead of taking responsibility, they deliberately avoided the request, gave vague excuses, and kept trying to dodge any real resolution. It’s clear they have no intention of standing behind their products.

This feels like a company that takes people’s money and hopes they’ll just give up when problems arise. I feel completely taken advantage of. Do not trust the photos, the descriptions, or the promises — they are misleading.

Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from this company.

I paid $100 for a doll that isn’t hardly worth $20. I literally could’ve found the same quality doll in a walmart. I asked to return, even if just for store credit. Customer service contacted me saying the best they can do is a 10% refund!!! Please don’t waste your money on this scam site!!!

I received a plastic doll that did not coo, breath or cry and it was not even slightly cuddlyI. It was not what I paid for either. I ordered a doll that was cloth center with crying, cooing, heartbeat and simulated breathing. What I received was an ugly all plastic doll with nothing I requested and paid for. They refused to fix the mistake and offered a 10% discount on the doll that was not what I ordered. Then the doll fell apart within an hour or so of being played with by a 7yr old.

Terrible!!! Don’t do it!!! Just received the “reborn doll”; looks nothing like the pictures! Requested full refund and return - haven’t heard back yet.

Again I ordered in good faith, the doll bears no resemblance to what was advertised and purchased. At the moment they have offered 10%, 20% and now 30% refund I am here for the battle.
Has anyone got full refund and if so how did you manage?

Fraudulent scamming company! Doll nothing like pictured. Insurance I paid extra for only covers shipping mishaps. Purchased for my daughter for Christmas & now I'm back to square one! Do not order!

i ordered twins for my daughter, they look absolutly nothing like what i ordered. the materials used are not as described, they are hard dolls and not very movable. defineatly dont smell like baby powder as described. complete scam company. hair is not hand rooted. very dissapointed

Don't by it's a scam.
I bought this doll after doing a lot of research and Internet searching. The doll I bought to the doll I received looks nothing alike. Company tried to say it was the same doll. Thankfully I purchased with PayPal and they helped meditate to issue. Rebornartdoll agreed the doll was not the doll advertised. Be warned. Dolls they have are appearing on a number of other websites with the exact same photos. These images on the website are of real babies and if you purchase you'll get something other than what you expect.
Don't buy anything from them.

The service is awful do not purchase I placed an order, returned it back 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund it’s disgusting service you receive from this company!

This is a fake company. Do not purchase here. I did it and requested my order to be canceled 1 hour later.
They didn't respond my request and 2 days later they said that the order cannot be canceled because it was JUST shipped.
They don't have a telephone, no online chat, just email which they DON'T RESPOND.

SCAM!!!Absolutely awful... would give no stars if possible. Ordered x2 fully silicone babies at over £200 each. Then added on the rooted hair for an extra £45 each. The dolls i have received look nothing like the doll i picked. The quality is shocking, the hair looks like Donald Trump and is cheap and really long.. the girl doll that i received, the hair has almost all fallen out with out even touching it.

The website is a complete scam.. the pictures they have of babies are stolen from reborn artists pages and the reviews are also fake and stolen from other reborn sites including the pictures of so called customers.

The customer service is awful and every time you message you just get an automated e-mail back asking the same thing.

They try to say the website says the dolls may not be exact to image but there's nothing on the website that says that. What makes me laugh is that they have a page advising people not to get scammed.. it's laughable.

Do not buy from here, they need to be shut down.

Ordered 2 full silicone dolls. Both pretty awful and neither look anything like the images. My daughter cried when she saw it, as it looks nothing like what she chose. I contacted the company who fobbed me off with a 10% refund, saying they never said the image was the exact doll I was ordering. That’s rubbish! What’s the point of a website with images, if you don’t get to choose the one you want?!

I don’t understand all the bad reviews on this website? I received my order a few days ago for my daughters birthday, and I won’t lie I was hesitant due to reading these reviews.. but after emailing the company I was reassured that the doll would be a replica of what is pictured, and that their features will be very charming and realistic. The doll is beautiful! You need to remember as well, you get what you pay for. I paid $80 which is equivalent to £65, and for what I paid for I am extremely happy! If you want actual silicone dolls, they would cost a hell of a lot more! Between £200-£500 for a legit soft bodied one. The one I have is vinyl silicone, so I would say it feels like very soft plastic. But the details are so realistic, and you could actually pass off as a newborn baby. I wasn’t keen on the outfit it came in, but luckily I already bought newborn outfits which looks super cute on! The baby even has a soft spot, which I thought was authentic! The dolls also come with a birth certificate, dummy, bottle, little rattle/toy and is boxed lovely. And I’m sure my daughter will be besotted with her new baby! It did have a chemically smell to it, but I checked online and apparently it’s just to do with the paints used but the smell will fade! Over all I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase again in the future.

Pity No zero stars. I ordered two separate boy dolls and they sent two identical ones. They weren’t dressed nice as in the pictures. Now convinced that the pictures are of children NOT doll/ their product. The clothes are cheap and ugly, NOT as advertised. One garment has a broken popper fastener, accessories are cheap and tacky, could have found better in a toy shop. Deeply disappointed. Very ill or would return for refund. ⚠️ AVOID !!!
