If there was a 0 star option, I would give this company 0. These dolls are NOTHING like the images they advertise on their website. Similar to other unhappy customers, I was only offered 10% off ANOTHER purchase. There is no way I will ever buy from this company again. It was a Christmas gift for may daughter and dolls for half the price were better quality! Don't waste your money!

If there was an option to leave no stars I would. Complete joke of a company. My daughter ordered a doll after saving up her money from her job and was really excited and when it arrived she was heartbroken. The doll was nothing like the website. It looked like something from a horror movie and looked like something that was worth £10. Emailed the company to be offered a 10% refund. I kept pushing and the most they would go to is 25%. Not received it yet and I’m not sure we will. Chinese company AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Got a doll for my daughter’s birthday and paid extra for hair for the doll to be bald within 3 days of use! The hair just falls out in clumps! Absolute joke

Avoid avoid avoid! I was daft and bought what i thought was a beautiful doll before reading reviews. Arrived fairly quickly, however was not the doll i ordered and was of poor quality, especially the hair. It was like pulling teeth trying to communicate with them. They argued that it was the same doll I ordered but definitely wasn't. After a week of going back and forth and giving me a dodgy return address, they finally agreed on a 30% refund. Absolutely would not recommend their company or their dolls. I am now out of pocket as had to order another doll elsewhere.

What a load of rubbish this is a £5 doll at best avoid at all cost

The doll I received does not resemble the doll I ordered at all. The quality is absolutely shocking.

When I contacted customer services to ask for a return and refund, I was told they believe the doll matches the order and that minor differences are to be expected due to each one being 'unique'. I sent side by side pictures clearly showing how it was not the same and was still refused a full refund. I was offered a 10% refund as a gesture of good will.

The absolutely disgusting customer service matches the shocking quality of the dolls the produce. I just wish I had read the reviews before buying and saved my daughter the disappointment on her birthday.

I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid this company.

The doll my daughter chose and ordered arrived, and it looks nothing like the doll that was advertised on the website. The hair color and texture, facial features, skin tone, and overall realism are completely different. The advertised doll appears highly detailed and lifelike, while the doll we received is of a completely different quality and appearance. This is a clear case of false advertising.

I initially emailed to request a return and refund and received a generic automated response, directing me to a “support email” that was not provided, and to a “24-hour chat feature” that does not function or exist on the site. The only listed email is the one I used—resulting in a dead end.

I’ve now had multiple exchanges with a customer service representative who is refusing the return, despite your own posted return policy clearly stating that customers are entitled to refunds for items that are not as described. Instead of honoring your policy, I’ve been given excuses attempting to justify why the doll looks different.

Additionally, the website offers no way to leave a review, which suggests you may be deliberately preventing customers from sharing honest experiences publicly.

The doll doesn't look like the doll on the picture AT ALL. NOT lifelike. Just looks like a doll with cheap plastic hair and cheap eyelashes. Very disappointed. Customer Service claims the doll is the same as on the picture even when the eye color is not the same. Awful. Will probably never get a refund.

Spent over £70 for a cheap child’s doll .offered 10% back then it went up to 20% and then they off 30% back for a 3$ plastic doll.
Will be contacting my bank

SHAME SHAME SHAME! I was scammed! Ordered a doll they advertised was sent something that was no way similar just a waste of money, got half of my money back. Lesson learned DO NOT USE REBORNART unless you have money to throw away!! It was a bait and switch situation but they wouldn’t admit that.

Not the doll ordered. Facial features disfigured. Long delivery. Complete scam. Cannot reach customer service. I made a big mistake not doing my research, don't do the same!

Do not buy from Rebornart.com. They do not send the doll you order. They send something somewhere similar. Their customer service team will just ignore you. I had to get my credit card company involved. Rebornart.com said they will give me a refund if I send the doll back at my expense. They messed up and I have to pay for return shipping? This company is not worth buying from. They are a scam.

Waited patiently with my granddaughter to arrive from China. What a terrible disappointment. The doll was nothing like the one we ordered and was small, ugly, and more like a miniature troll. What a waste of $187. Should have known better and read reviews first.

The worst dolls I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your money. You can get better looking dolls from Amazon for $40! Also it’s a scam. You ask for a refund and they offer you 10% back and then ignore you. The doll I ordered versus what I got.

Made the mistake of ordering from this site before reading reviews. Ordered a doll for my daughter’s birthday. Paid €150 in total. The doll was nothing like the images I bought, came in the wrong clothes and was a hard plastic. Not realistic at all. Very disappointed and impossible to return

Received a completely different doll. Doll was horrible. I should have known better. The doll I picked should have sold for hundreds of dollars. I feel like a fool for been scammed.

People are just saying that rebornartdoll.com is a scam but they just don't want you to buy actual rebrons from that app.

This is a scam. I made the mistake of buying from this company and didn't look here first. The dolls look nothing like the image. Don't buy!!!

Didn’t really expect the dolls to be exactly like the photos online but I did expect them to include the clothes advertised. I bought 2 different dolls with different outfits. What I got 2 dolls exactly the same and 2 same disgusting outfits. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER TO AVOID BEING DISAPPOINTED. This site is a SCAM
