They offered a price for my phone. Their descriptor Comme Neuf but my phone was actually brand new - just changed my mind. They offered 322 Euros. As they clearly couldn't find any excuse to reduce the price offered they just said they didn't want to.buy it and offered to recycle it for free or send it back. Clearly, free recycling is not an option so they are sending back. What a waste of time and resources and this clearly shows their bad faith...shameful behavior. AVOID.

I am not satisfied with the store because I ordered a product and did not receive it.

I had a very frustrating experience with rebuy and would personally avoid using them again. I accidentally sent in a MacBook with better specs than the one I had entered, and as soon as I realized it, I immediately asked for my entire order to be returned while everything was still in processing. Despite this, rebuy completed the order on their side without my agreement and later told me a return was no longer possible because their automated process had already moved forward. I never accepted the new price, and the whole situation felt one-sided and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking at other platforms if you want clear communication and fair handling when something unexpected happens.

I received several games in very bad condition, even though I selected "excellent" condition at checkout. Three cases were damaged, one was even torn – this is nowhere near the advertised quality.

My initial contact with support was quick; I received a response within a day. However, it only offered a €5 credit, which doesn't cover the value of the damaged items or my time and effort.

Since responding to this offer, I've been waiting almost two weeks for a reply. The seller isn't responding to my emails and is ignoring my specific suggestions for a fair solution.

I hope the seller finally gets in touch and addresses this issue seriously.
