So until now rebuy was very good, but I am giving them 1 star because they have started lying about the delivery time. They say 1-2 working days, but lately the order takes 1_3 days to begin with until it is dispatched. Furthermore, then the delivery is done by Deutsche Post without even having a tracking number and taking up to 5 days to deliver.
Before it was much faster and reliable, I think they are just trying to save costs, but then don't lie and say it will be delivered in 1-2 days! It takes more than a week to receive anything....

I made my order, I paid for an Samsun S22 Ultra. I bought in the meantime the accessories and after more then 10 days is not arrived. SEvice very relax tells me that can happen and they will send me money back . I dont understand if this is a joke or something else. Why they wouldnt send me a new phone instead? If you google at the end the price of the phone is more then 600 euro but via their website is about 300 ...but it never arrives, despite DHL tracking number is sent. I smell something wrong here. I am only pissed off becuase i spent money via an other company to buy all accessories i need for my motorbike and now I am stack to this S22 Ultra.

Easy uncomplicated, excellent

Initially, I left a 1-star review because I was dissatisfied with the fact that one of the two phones I ordered had very poor battery life (less than a day), and I was told there was nothing they could do. Later, the battery swelled and made the phone completely unusable. I complained again, and this time they acknowledged the issue and gave me a full refund for the phone.

I’m giving 3 stars now — 2 stars less because they initially tried to avoid responsibility. It would have been 5 stars if their first handling of the complaint had been like the second time.

In any case, they ultimately did the right thing from a customer’s point of view, so I decided to revise my rating.

Everything went perfect, I received the package as planned in 2 work days. I will use the website again !

Really satisfied with their services and produts, only if they provide more state information about the unit that you select in the cart to purchase.

It's diffiicult to understand why some people still throw away their old gadgets. You know, someone's trash is someone else's treasure as they say.
Anyway, having everything delivered to you without going to a "physical" store makes the prices worth it for me. Remember when we used to go to garage sales for finding good deals? Well, not in 2025... not anymore

I almost completly stopped buying brand new products btw, it's just not environmentally friendly(and for your wallet too).

Good online shop, with affordable prices and prompt delivery. What usual person needs, normal pricing, quality of the service and variety. All of these, I could observe to a certain extent at rebuy.

Product good as new, not feeling guilty about buying new, wonderful prices, fast delivery - what is not to like?

The shop per se is good, however my package arrived damaged and an item was stolen from it. From Nov 2024 until March 2025 I was constantly trying to reach customer service so that they would clarify with the shipping company. It was not easy, it took me a lot of effort. Therefore be really careful when you order something and check the parcel with the delivery person. Not a nice experience unfortunately, it costed me a lot of time and stress! I got my money back at the end. It would have been nice to receive some type of compensation for the amount of work I had to put into getting the stolen item refunded, but it is what it is :(

What all of us need from such marketplaces is a good product line, price and prompt delivery. I guess rebuy could provide all of these qualities quite well. The product range was wide enough for the products that I usually buy online: clothes, accessories, new weird things for home, basically everything. Prices were good and not that expensive for Germany. Delivery was on-time, at least no delays

Over the years I have used Rebuy a number of times, selling 6 iPhones and buying 4 iPhones and a PlayStation, all without any issues. However in October 2024 I sold my disabled son’s iPhone 14 Plus to them. Same procedure as usual, Securely packed the phone into the original iPhone box, then repacked that into another box, completely wrapped that up in brown sticky tape to be sure it was totally secure and took in to the local DHL parcel shop. A few days later the package was shown as delivered to Rebuy. Then a few days later the package was shown as being in transit again. A few days later then shown as received but damaged. I called Rebuy to check what was happening to be informed that the package was received empty. They explained that the package was damaged and no phone inside. They said that they had kicked off an investigation and not to worry, this happens more often than they like, but all shipments are fully insured. 5 months later, after numerous complaints, calls and emails to Rebuy, after providing all requested information to them, today I received an email stating that DHL rejected their claim, so there is nothing they can do and I won’t receive any payment for my sons phone (agreed selling price 453€). Do no sell to this company, they (or their employees or their logistics partners) lose or steel your property, make you wait 5 months with no information and then simply refuse to pay. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest.
