Waiting since February 23 the first day the recall went up. Emailed them dozens of times. Finally got tracking may 1st and over two weeks go by and no air fryer. They said the tracking number isn’t traceable. So after 3 months still no air fryer. Scammers, terrible customer service, terrible recall event. I’ll never buy from them again over this. Should’ve never have cut the chord. They suck, they should be taken to court over this disaster.

Had the brand and model number on my air fryer to be sent a replacement by Cosori.
Made 3 phone calls, gave same info to each. Was told to take 3 pics of the air fryer, 1 with the cord cut off. Then was told send all that in and IF approved could be 6 to 9 MONTHS to receive. This company is in China. Good luck to ANYONE trying to get a legitimate replacement.

I’ve been waiting for my replacement for months already when I received my tracking information it says it was delivered to different address not my registered address with them called their hotlines 2 times already email as well … no solutions no air fryer!!! My air fryer is working fine I should not cut the cord !!!! SCAM company
Cosori scam is a classic
What Cosori did after having problems with their product is a classic. To limit futur fire and liabilities they asked everyone to cut the cord. The cord cutting is the most important things for them, they don’t care about the batch number etc.. cutting the cord will slow events and shield them from futur lawsuits.
I am like everyone else I cut the cord but I almost immediately repaired it and continue using it. The chance of catching fire is minimal about 1 of 1000
If I ever receive a new one which I seriously doubt I will trash the old one but not before.

I emailed everything, received an email saying I was approved. Shipment would be received within 2-3 weeks. It’s been 8 weeks and still no replacement. I don’t think they intend to send a replacement. They just want to limit any potential fire issues. I am going out today to purchase another air fryer and it won’t be Cosori. If I ever receive a replacement I will take an hammer to it and do another form with the pictures. Scam!
Had I known, I would not have cut the cord & take my chances of a fire.
I'm without my Cosori since I cut the cord following instructions to have it replaced due to recall. I sent photos according to their instructions to register my recall. I did it twice. Still haven't heard back from Cosori. Wondering if I will ever get the product replaced. Really miss not having my air fryer for 2+ months! Asked them to please advise to my email account. No response. My account says they don't recognize my registration, order number, or email address. Sent pics 3+ times!!!
Cosori isn't a product I'd EVER buy again, THEY ARE DISHONEST AS HELL!!!

Customer Service terrible
Customer Service terrible. After finally getting through their process time in early March they still have not shipped my replacement. It has been “ in shipping” several weeks. It takes so long to receive the product that I would never recommend buying any of their products again.
Update: May 10th and still no replacement, approved, says shipped but shipping tracking number not recognized . Do not cut the cord. Anyone 8nterested in a class action suite?
Time to Cut the Cord with Cosori
Received confirmation from Cosori on February 27, 2023, that our claim had been accepted after following all the directions for photos and hand written note with batch number. Tracked progress of the claim for the replacement for first four weeks and then it disappeared off. Cosori‘s website. Went to recall page and manually entered email and registration number to find the claim and have been in limbo since. I have called customer service, who were unable to respond with anything other than could be 6 to 8 weeks. Now at six week mark and no update on when a unit would be shipped. I used my cosori every day and had this company been upfront that I would be without it for several months I simply would have gone and bought a replacement. My Cosori was always reliable, but based on experience, I would not deal with this brand again. Also very disappointed that Amazon has not got themselves involved with any type of resolution for those who bought the unit through their website .

If I could give a negative review I would. Terrible customer service. No frier received despite being approved March 3. Cord cut pictures sent twice due to their inability to see the numbers. Indicated a 3 week time line. I will never buy from this company again.
Recall replacement taking forever

This companies Customer Service is Worthless as are their products.
This company lacks customer service that would help the poor bunch of suckers that have bought this lemon, me being one of them. I sent various emails with information they requested, now they want a hand written picture , to hell with them. They came back saying the model number and product numbers did not match, not my doing it’s called manufacturing and Quality Assurance that’s Cosori responsibility. The phone support is useless and I finally threw the item in the trash and will never buy anything from them. Also Amazon needs to wake up, the people who bought this POS through them are pissed and they need to write to Amazon for selling such a POS.

It took forever and multiple attempts to get through the process of registering and being accepted as a legitimate person needing a replacement air fryer. But now there is no communication. It has been weeks and I cut the cord on my air fryer which has worked fine. Stay away from this company. Big scammers .

I purchased 3 of the Cosori units that are recalled. 1 for myself and 2 for gifts. I was extremely happy with the Cosori. Their customer service on the recall is terrible!! Many of the requirements were not originally stated and the 2 that were gifted have been disposed of after the 3 pictures were taken. The one with the model# propped up and written on a piece of paper was not originally requested. I may be able to get a replacement for the one I own but after reading what it is replaced with I doubt I will bother! I will not be buying another Cosori!
Recall Victims BEWARE
As with other reviewers, this is a big scam! I had a very nice digital unit that was replaced from something that has ancient technology. Corsi gave every indication that they were replacing EXACTLY what I had, and not something from a museum.

This is the worst company and recall experience I've ever had. I've been waiting weeks now after approval of my registration for a replacement and the status page is still not showing that it's ready to ship. Nice product, but a terrible company.

I think that what needs to be done is to call the BBB, I have gotten nothing but the run around.
I resent extra info that they requested by email, then they sent me an email saying that they couldn't see in my picture that the electrical cord was cut which is clear that I did.
I was advised today that I should contact The Better Buisness Bureau.

Most horrible customer service I've ever had to deal with!!!!! I been back and forth with cosori since 02/23/23 and what ever I do they deny me a new Airfryer even though my model is 100% on the recall list and I did everything they asking for on the recall page, including cutting my cord. So the end of the story is that I have to buy a new airfryer now even though its 100% one of the recall models!
Definitely staying away from that company in the future!

They sent me an email. They know I have this air fryer. Of course. The first thing they make you do is cut the cord and take a picture. And now I've taken pictures upon pictures of everything that they keep sending me notice of saying it's not right. The batch numbers wrong etc. I finally called today to do it by phone which by the way you can't. She just took my information. I said this is starting to sound like a scam and she hung up on me. Stay far away from this brand.

I did everything the recall required FOUR times now, including cutting the cord to my air fryer and sending the pictures again and again and again. I called and got no answer a number of times but after 42 minutes of being in the queue eventually got through to someone who cheerfully asked for my phone number and told me that someone would contact me but the only contact came in yet another email telling me that the pictures were 'cropped' and that the B/N was not visible. So currently I have no air fryer and the time frame AFTER they 'like' my photos (which apparently may never happen) will be 6 to 8 weeks and at this point I'd rather have a refund so I could buy a different brand of air fryer because Cosori is horrible at customer service. They're not doing this recall because they care about their customers, they're doing it to prevent monster lawsuits but in the meantime they're not representing the brand in a good way and have lost old customers and new ones once they hear about this dog and pony show of a recall. BTW - I'll check the 'send this review to cosori' box below but at this point I'd be willing to bet that no one there will bother to read it.
