WHEN YOU GO ONLINE TO REGISTER FOR REPLACEMENT AND SEND CORRECT PHOTOS OF FRONT, BACK AND BOTTOM WITH BATCH NUMBER, COMPANY SENDS A FORM LETTER SAYING THAT YOU HAVE THE INCORRECT BATCH NUMBER. I GOT THIS TWICE AND RESUBMITTED PHOTOS. THERE IS ONE BATCH NUMBER ONLY AND I SENT VISIBLE CORRECT PHOTOS. I GOT 3 EMAILS SAYING THAT I NEED TO SEND A "HANDWRITTEN" BATCH NUMBER WHICH DOESN'T EXIST. WHEN I SENT THE PHOTO AGAIN, THE FORM LETTER SAYS "WE WILL REJECT YOUR REQUEST LATER, THEN YOU CAN UPLOAD THE CORRECT PHOTOS". I BELIEVE THIS IS A TYPO!!! WE WILL "REJECT". YOUR REQUEST????? WHEN YOU CALL THE 800# ON THE EMAIL IT HANGS UP ON YOU. I THINK THE COMPANY BELIEVES CONSUMERS WILL GIVE UP EVENTUALLY AND THEY WON'T HAVE TO SEND REPLACEMENTS FOR THEIR FIRE CATCHING UNITS.
