I ordered a record that was in stock, according to the website. The automatic confirmation email stated that it was being readied for shipping. After a week, I inquired and it was not in stock, but had been ordered at the record distributor. I canceled the order and received my money back quickly and smoothly. Virgil was friendly in his emails. He needs to improve his website inventory, but that's the only problem I encountered.

Their business model seems to be to list everything but not have the stock. It’s similar to merchbar. Essentially a scam.
I had to get a refund via PayPal as they were replying to any email sent in 3 months.

I ordered vinyl 6 months ago and payed 30 euros. I got an email that there where problems getting vinyl worldwide, if I have patience. In very rare situations it would take even 3 months. Now it's 6 months, didnt reveive anything. No vinyl, no email no money back. Last month I sended an email about when imcould expect my order. But no respons, nothing. It's just silent. Paid lots of.money, no.product no communication.

Ordered an item which was listed in stock, after 6 weeks still no item received. When I contacted them I was told "looks like this is no longer available" and received a refund. Terrible business. Avoid

Never shipped order.
I’ve ordered 3 vinyls they showed they had in stock, funds has been taken immediately. After 18 days I sent an email with questions about delivery - no reply.
After 3 further days and 3 emails finally I got reply that my order was cancelled and money was refunded. So it took them 25 days to realise that they do not have the vinyls in stock.
That was my first and last experience with this shop.

Great releases, great Quality, only their re sealable covers are not great, you never know if a record was played in the store, would rather see shrink wrap.

saw a few mixed reviews with this company which made me skeptical in buying from them. i really wanted the vinyl they had for sale, so bit the bullet & went for it. i did i message them on instagram just to confirm they had what i wanted beforehand & they replied pretty quickly to be fair!

i received the vinyl through the post today & am really happy with it. it was shipped across from europe to the uk really quickly.

wanted to leave a positive review just to give my two cents on my experience. thanks guys :)

Ordered records 2 times, each time not available, despite them being 'in stock' on the website.... I did get my money back, but this is no way to do business.....

Appalling service and in breach of uk distance selling law. Will never use this company again.
Update:
Pre-ordered item 4 months before release. Funds taken immediately. Asked for refund as wanted to cancel, refused point blank.

Company responded telling me I was unkind! Well don’t break the law then.
Giving an extra star as refund now processed but still has to go through a stressful and unnecessary process to get it.

After 3 months of waiting, 2 of 4 records purchased not really in stock (lucky 1 was refund and the other replaced, after almost 2 months on waiting as they were going to have it back in stock, never happend), many days without getting response to my messages and no interest on helping me with the tracking investigation at postnl (almost 2 weeks to start it), almost 40 days waiting for post.nl to deliver (NOT THEIR FAULT), It is by far my personal worst experience buying something on the internet. Got a cassette and two LP promos as a compensation of all the trouble caused.
If you are outside Europe think about buying from them twice and as I told ROV, they have a lot to improve.

Order passed on 17/04, still no shipping, asked to cancel it, absolutely no answer from the seller, either by email or facebook. I begin to think this is purely a scam, either that or the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ghosting clients is certainly not a thing to do.

EDIT: Updating to 2 stars, since I finally got an answer here. I hope we can sort it out.
