Ordered my item on a Thursday lunchtime. Paid for the next day delivery service. It is now Tuesday, 5 days later and my item has not been dispatched. No reply from my email, phone just rings and rings! Extremely poor customer service!

Good product, but no reply from customer service, despite 3 emails. Only got a response after posting a negative review, which was the lazy reply below to email the same support line that had repeatedly ignored my emails.

Have upgraded to 3* after a helpful response from Andrew, the founder, but the company should be embarrassed by its quality of customer support.

UPDATE: Downgraded back to 1*. It is now 30th June and I still don't have a refund. The founder, Andrew Jackson, is not responsive to my emails. Every buyer should be prepared for shoddy customer services and curt "one liner" responses at best. I have emails to prove it. Just wonder now if I'll ever get my money back.

I purchased this on the basis of Next Day Delivery, for which I paid a premium. Now 3 days later and the product apparently hasn’t even shipped yet. I have contacted the Co-founder Andrew as well as Customer support via email but no response. I have also called the Customer Support phone number several times but it just rings out. I now need to cancel the order if it’s not going to be delivered tomorrow but unable to contact anyone at the company to do so. Very poor service

So are you confirming that it has shipped today for delivery on Wednesday? If not, please cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Why do you not reply to emails or answer the phone?
PS Monday was not a Bank Holiday in Scotland

Too soon to rate the product I received; but the experience with Recovapro was good - goods described accurately, delivery on time, packaging suitable.

I have purchased 3 now fantastic product my grandson who does sport continually takes his with him . His teachers/trainers are super impressed with this product and he uses it on other students. Well done great price great products.

Did great! I didn't receive item the next day, as was charged for (£5.99). However, was refunded the charge for this - Next day delivery without me having to ask for it, which scored high in my values on integrity. Was contacted and kept up-to-date following my query on where my goods were.

Item was as advertised. Pleased with order as was gift for my daughter.

Would have scored higher if arrived as promised - the next day.

Very fast delivery of the system and amazing relief of aches and pains rapidly achieved by following the useful guides provided.

Communication is poor no updates I’m always chasing to find out when my item will be repaired and sent back.

An excellent product with super quick delivery at a good price.

Had issues with the delivery company, highlighted this to customer support, zero feedback or acknowledgement. Product is solid, lack of android app support is another drawback.

Terrible experience from a customer perspective.

My device broke in January under warranty, it took several days for anyone to contact me back, and the phone number didn't work.

When customer service did get in contact with me they were initially helpful. They asked for a video of the device, then confirmed they would email me the return form. No problems.

However, over a month later I still do not have my device back. It would take days to get any response via email ( if at all) and the phone number still didn't work. I messaged on Instagram to try and push this forward.

Customer service then told me to email the factory staff themselves as they couldn't get a response from them.

Customer service then got back to me and said its would be delayed but returned within 28 days.

28 days pass and I chase asking where my device is, I simply get back along the lines of "you'll get it when its fixed", with no date. I message the Instagram account again and they confirm it'll be sent by latest last Monday. Since this, neither the Instagram or customer service team will respond to me.

At this point, I feel I have been scammed and that I'm £200 out of pocket. A massive shame for a company with some big names associated with it. The device itself is great but the experience has been awful.

Great products, great value (i bought 8 of them together with friend) definitely worth the price for quality they offer, and also if you are patient you can get great discount deal too. Also there was no problem with returning one of the products (but it's your responsibility to keep it in unused condition). Delivery always took 1-2 days.
Definitely recommend you get all-round great purchase and definitely worth the money!

Great massage gun for a great price-which was a sale one of £99. The only niggle is the misleading term...'charging mat'. It's a mat, a nice one but it doesn't charge your massage gun; you can just put your massage gun on it whilst charging the gun with the charging cable! If I put my Recovapro on a table whilst it charges with its charging cable it is suddenly a 'charging table'?

Outstanding product, has definitely made a big difference introduced as an additional recovery therapy to my group of athlete's.

Not used often and failed before 2 years. Recovapro told me my warranty was out of date. I sent them proof it wasn’t so then they said 2 year warranty included dispatch time from order and to ensure a faulty product is in their warehouse within 2 years! So not a 2 year warranty at all. Ive maybe used 5-6 times throughout. Its a shame as really believed they a good company with quality products but no better than a £30 product from ebay.

We bought this smaller unit having tried our sons larger one and it is perfect for those tight muscles and aches that come with age!

The Recovapro lite feels very sturdy and operates well. It comes with its own case which keeps it secure and you also have the option to place your attachment on the mat which comes with the gun. The one issue I do have is the use of your app. It is not available to download from the app site at this time. If you are pushing the use of your app in conjunction with the equipment surely the app should be up and running!
