Don't want to give them 2 star but had too. I ordered a shed and never received it .fedex said it was delivered but eventually told me to go back to supplier but cannot get in touch so have lost £99 that I cannot afford to
Why are these people allowed to get away with conning people😡😡😡

Do not use this company . I placed an order, paid in full, 2 days later had am email telling me my order had been delivered, it had not. I tried to email but their email address had disappeared then the same with their phone number. Also i tried to track my parcel but couldnt, item was worth £70 a d i never did recieve it.
Obviously a scam website, they should be ashamed of themselves, especially in these difficult financial times we are going through.
Disgusting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was supposed to receive a delivery and haven’t. Can’t get through to the by phone or email! Hopefully my bank can help sue to it being fraudulent!

I ordered from this site. Never received confirmation email. I've chased repeatedly by email and mobile no response. They have taken my money but not supplied me with anything. Dont know how I am going to get my money back

Placed an order on 9th June still havent got the order and have not had any correspondence from them at all. Have tried contacting this company by email and the phone number. Phone number goes to voicemail and they havent responded to my emails.

I received a notification informing me that my item has been delivered, however they delivered to the wrong address and didn’t leave any indication where it ended up. I reached out the the delivery company, Fedex and asked wether they could tell me which address they delivered it to or find out who the driver was that delivered it that day and ask them to collect the item and take it the the correct destination however, instead of finding out the required information that I asked for, they informed me that the address that was provided didn’t correspond with the address listed on RECRAA. FedEx then tells me to contact Recraa as they believe that RECRAA gave the wrong tracking information and them the wrong address. I reached out to RECRAA NUMEROUS times my emails and calls but I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve called the company multiple times but their contact number which is mobile fails every single time.
So, someone else has my item and Recraa has my money.

If anything changes, I’ll update this review.

This company and website is a scam which is supposedly based in London, UK
Ordered an item, several days later received an email informing me my item is being shipped from China. Tried to contact the company via email/phone - no response.
After nearly 10 days received a notification that my item was delivered to some random person in Essex by Fedex. Called Fedex and they confirmed the address was correct so they gave erroneous or the wrong address to the shipper in China I assume, called the company again but their contact number which is mobile fails.
So, someone else has my item and Recraa has my money.
