Known Mark & Aaron for many years. When out of work recruitmint is the only agency to go to for me. They work hard to find positions in your field of skills and good pay. Nearly all my contracts sent too i have been offered perm positions or told exactly term of work. Great guys n ladies with professional aproach to finding what you need. Also with lovely Sue accounting ive never missed a penny in wages or been screwed hours, i just dont like leaving them all ..hence multi returns.

I'm very disappointed in this agency, I have a varied back-ground however it is predominately Administration with Human Resources. I applied for a position and was shocked to be advised by Lauren that I wouldn't be suitable for this particular role as this company were 'picky', even though I have ALL the required experience and skills for the position. Would I use again? No!

I had been looking for a new role for the last 6 months and had used a number of recruitment agencies in the process. However, after applying for a role recently, I received a phone call from Mark at Recruit Mint. From the start I felt a real difference in how my application was being handled. There was a real understanding of my situation, a genuine interest in my skills set and a desire to do everything possible to support me in securing the role. A first interview was set up within days along with lots of interview guidance and support along the way. This support was carried through the second interview stage and even when the job was secured.

The main point of difference with Recruit Mint is that they really go out of their way to make sure they do everything in their power to ensure you do the best you can in the recruitment process. They treat you as an individual not as a statistic as I have felt with other companies. I would unreservedly recommend Recruit Mint to anyone and my only wish is that I had discovered them sooner as I genuinely think I would have found something sooner.

This Agency is fab! Every time i have needed a job they have been there for me. It has never taken too long and unlike other agencies i have not needed to keep pestering them. This makes me feel that they are working with me and not just finding anything to make me go away.

Becoming unemployed was a stressful time but after a phone call from mark at mint I was left feeling very positive about the future. Of all the recruiters I was in contact with whilst looking for work it was mark in the end who found me my ideal job, arranged the interview and was there to help and talk all the way through the process. RecruitMint very very quick to respond to my application and screened suitable jobs very efficiently.
They kept me up to date with progress with respect to my application and called back upon my appointment to check on my progress both immediately prior to start and after starting in the job.

Nice to find a down to earth recruitment agency - hard to come by these days. I appreciated the time taken and to be invited in to meet with Emma. Such a personable and open woman. I felt time was taken to listen to what I was looking for in a role, share my personality and finding the best fit to suit that. Communication was excellent being kept up to date and a role was found quickly. I did highlight my appreciation as this is the first agency to ever find me a role; previously I have always found work quicker or more suitable to me then an agency could.
