Brilliant recruitment agency. Mark got in touch after seeing my CV, and the communication all the way along the interview process was spot on. My 2nd interview was postponed due to COVID, but I still had regular updates from Mark as to what was going on, and after the 2nd interview I got the job! Would definitely recommend over any other agency!

I applied for a position advertised by Recruit Mint and within two hours had a call from Sadie. I was put forward for interview the next day had my interview. The following day and well out of office hours I had a call from Aaron to say I had been successful. I can not fault the friendly and professional service I received.

I spoke with saddie on the Monday morning regarding a position they had advertised, filled out the paperwork Monday lunchtime, saddie advised me of an interview Tuesday morning and by the afternoon, she told me I had got the job. You cannot get better than that! Brilliant and professional service, highly recommended.

I applied for a position that was advertised on Indeed and heard nothing for two weeks and the job was subsequently marked as "expired"

I then received a call from one of the "consultants, Saddie, asking if I was still interested in the position. After a lengthy conversation it was agreed she would put me forward for the position and come back to me.

After a week of not hearing anything I called and left a message for her and four days later I have still not received a call back.

In the meantime I have applied for a job directly with a company that recruit new staff themselves, been interviewed and offered a position.
Like most recruitment consultancy companies these guys really aren't fit for purpose and don't provide any semblance of service to candidates.

I certainly wouldn't use them if I was looking for staff.

Recruit Mint Ltd in Peterborough were excellent in their advice and time spent with me, helping with CV and getting to know you. Great communication .Thoroughly Recommend this branch.

Excellent recruitment company who held my hand throughout the recruitment process. Every step was supported and they never failed to get back to me on an update about the next stage in an extremely timely manner.

Angelina herself had an extremely good relationship with the company that I interviewed with and knew their recruiting process inside out which made for an extremely good onboarding process.

Any question was answered thoroughly at almost any time of day and night with Angelna being extremely committed to helping long after working hours. All in all I can't recommend them enough!
