I have received all possible assistance and guidance from him in securing a permanent position with highly reputable company.
The whole process lasted just under 2 weeks from the day I had my initial interview with Mark to the day I was offered the job.

My experience working here was such a pleasure, all staff are amazing to work with and all so kind and friendly. You will always be rewarded for your efforts and not taken advantage of like most factories I have previously worked in. I recommend highly.

I was looking for a job at the beginning of the year and didn’t really get a lot of feedback, however having put my toe back in the water now with James and Carl they got me 2 interviews within a week! I understand that the pandemic played its part back at the beginning of the year but I have no doubt that Carl and James’s commitment and professionalism has helped me no end this time, I just wish I’d found Recruit Mint a few months back!

They even call before an interview to help with interview prep and check in on progress, I thought that was great and something no one else has done!

I applied for a part time warehouse job near Ely for weekend work only for extra money over Christmas. Was sent for an induction course on a Thursday morning which took 3 hours. While there was told that I should hear back that afternoon which I did not. I called the office to be told that I would here back on Friday. Didn't hear anything I emailed on a Monday to be told I had passed the induction and Aaron will call on Friday as he deals with the weekend work. Another Friday and still no call so I give up and move on. This Friday just gone I get messaged about weekend shifts. After a few messages back and forth I get a confirmation that I have shifts for Saturday and Sunday both at 2pm to 10pm. They confirm that they will supply PPE in regards to shoes. At 17:12 on Friday I get another message stating that I had not passed the induction and my weekend work has been cancelled. How can I have passed the induction and then later have not. If they are concerned about warehouse security why do they show everybody around the warehouse if they do not pass everybody? I noticed that almost everybody in the warehouse seems to be in their 20s. Why offer work and then take it away late in the day, just as the office is closing? So it is too late for you to contact them to complain? Feel messed around and wasted my time. After wasting 3 weeks of my time I am not going to get any work for Christmas there is now only 6 weekends left.

Superb service from James, kept well in the loop of what was available in the industry and great communication during the interview process. If James hadn't done such a great job of 'selling' me to the client, who had already held all of his first interviews, I wouldn't have had the opportunity.
