I can’t recommend Recruit Mint in Peterborough highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Mark, the owner, clearly runs the business with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping both clients and candidates.

Saadie, the consultant, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

Very supportive agency, have used them multiple times and find the response always personable and timely. I fully recommend Mark and the team.

I have worked this agency recently as a warehouse operative at Noatum Logistics Biggleswade. This is worst ever agency . They not treat equally people. I think they use people. They didn't answer your text if you ask about shift. I worked with 4 months. I suggest plz don't work with agency. After Christmas they didn't give us work when we start work they said we will permanent after 3 months. But didn't.

I applied for a job so I received a call after a while and, basically they were desperately looking for some people, they said that I had to fill a form and that probably the day after I could go to visit the place. So I check this form, they wanted all my data, plus bank account and very strange info about my bank, and this before they interview you, maybe you aren't good for the role, or maybe you don't even accept the job. So basically theystore your data, and who knows what they use it for, as it's pretty strange that they ask you all these data even before an interview, (and it wasn't the case of a job that would require specific qualities or attention).
They never answer to the emails or at the phone. As I wanted to ask them if I could fill that form after the interview, I tried to contact them, by emails and phone calls, they've never replied or called back. Unprofessional, rude and a huge waste of time.

Very good agency was honestly expecting to be messed about like most of them do but I had the great help of Jamie Pudney who has helped me through my difficult times with my disabilities and the obstacles I faced really good agency I would 100% recommend they do take great care of their employees and have upmost respect for everyone they deal with and I have to hand it to Jamie for being not only a brilliant agent but also a friend

Always responsive, let me know straight away when extra days opened up and let me know if any days had been cancelled well in advanced. Very helpful in making sure you get paid all holiday pay. Helped me get full time work. Would work for them again.

Jamie was amazing at the start of my application for a vacancy after finding my CV online. Perfect fit for the role 100% even over qualified, arranged phone interview and discussed how well it went after. Salary was not quite right but certainly not miles away. Didn't get back to me very quick and then excuses. My final shock and disappointment was an email with apologies for delay and bad news I'm not the right fit and "I'll call later to give feedback when I've caught up" I told him not to call that day and received no apology or further contact. Very unprofessional
