Best company I’ve ever worked for, really reliable, look after there staff and give a friendly atmosphere, will be using recruitmint again in the future

I love that I get on with everyone in the work place from staff to bosses to employees and recently I’ve been trusted to be trained on machinery and also been able to tackle tasks on my own great place honestly

The recruit mint care more about it emplyees in terms of health and safety at the work place and will do everything to make sure you are confortable doing any task given to you with all the approprate tools.

I’ve been working for Noatum Logistics for 5 months now and I’m glad I made this decision, as the Recruit Mint team and everyone else was helpful and understanding to me at the beginning of my warehouse training.
Everyone is friendly and I like the working environment compared to other places.
When I had issues with pay roll, or any other concerns, they were quickly adressed and resolved.
Looking forward to continue working with Noatum!

I have worked at Noatum, Biggleswade for Recruit Mint since the beginning of October 2025 and I think they are great! From the initial call to get registered, to receiving an email invitation to go to site for a look around and to understand what the role is, to being recognised and greeted by name daily by their team, through to now being attached to a full time shift and on the temp to perm pathway and working full time past Christmas. Special mention for Greg and Rob who added humour and personality to the whole process. Can't thank them enough for getting me into Noatum as I love it here.
