Where do I start other than saying 'Excellent Service’.

I have unfortunately been through a very difficult and stressful employment dispute over the last 9 months with my previous employer. I much like most people that end up in an employment dispute had zero knowledge of my full employment rights, how to challenge an employer on employment law or how the whole employment tribunal procedure works.

Thankfully I was recommended Reculver Solicitors and with the expert employment law knowledge and technical help from James Carmody, I was able to navigate the employment dispute bureaucracy (i.e. registering dispute with ACAS, consultation period with ACAS, submitting ET1 form, submitting details of claim etc) and reach a settlement agreement without the need to go to a full Tribunal Hearing.
