Because of a glitch on the site, I tried to purchase a bag that was no longer available. RDL very quickly contacted me and apologized profusely about the mistake. What’s more important is that they communicated with me with compassion, did not dismiss my feelings but acknowledged and validated that I was disappointed. I felt understood and cared for. Furthermore, RDL promised to try their hardest to find a replacement for the bag “that got away.” I’m so happy to report that two months later - I have my dream Kelly!
