I could ring up and speak to somebody:
I really valued speaking to a real person as my circumstances changed.
Can do bookings online but when I needed to reshedule - making enquiries and
arrangements, I felt valued.
Again, when I got there too early on my return, they put me on an earlier ferry.
They are so true when they say they will do their best to get you on the next ferry !
Lovely service in the ship I did upgrade to the signature room and enjoyed small snacks and sofa seats
This makes me want to come back with relatives and or friends, for sure - well done and thank you !

We arrived 2 hours early for our ferry home and had no trouble getting on the earlier sailing. All the staff on board were friendly and helpful. The journey was lovely, very relaxing

We arrived earlier than expected and was put on an earlier crossing. Easy to access and journey was comfortable. Plenty to occupy you on the hour long crossing. On the return we were treated witg respect and courtesy from all involved with Red Funnel. Brilliant service and reasonable price.

Gave assistance on outward journey to Isle of Wight when we were delayed in a traffic jam on the M3, and re-scheduled us. Kept us up to date with developments for our return trip to Southampton, following a serious road incident in Southampton. Very good service.

Always a good service on the boat and friendly staff at both the arrivals and on board. The pricing could though be better for the length of the journey! At certain times you could fly to USA cheaper. A shame as we would get more coming to the island if the price was lower!

We got there and everything was great. sailed through. The sail both ways went well without any problems what so ever. I had two dogs with me and the enjoyed the ride as well. Booking our tickets great, Staff very helpful and the service I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Red Funnel

All ways use red funnel each year to go over to the Isle of Wight. The safe are always so helpful. On this occasion. Due. To road works we missed our sailing. The young man was so helpful. And he managed to get us on the next sailing.
Coming back we were early and they got us on the earlier sailing.
I have recommended friends and family to book with you when they are sailing to Isle of Wight.
Also the ferry is very clean and staff are helpful and friendly.

From entering the gates to leaving the ferry the staff are helpful and never overbearing , they seem to move obstacles to accommodate as we customers do not always get things spot on I have never found a problem with Red Funnel
