Never disappoint. Very easy click and collect staff are friendly. Products are always the best. There is no other vape store I would go to.

Terrible customer service when…
Terrible customer service when returning a vape that wasn’t fit for purpose. I appreciate it had to be quarantined for 3 days before being inspected and when rang up spoken to by a grumpy man who said we found nothing wrong with it! Also bought a vape from there a week before and that broke also within a week but never complained! Cheap vapes! Will never refund you!! Avoid!!!!

hi you said you could not unscrew the top part to refill but upon inspection it opened perfectly fine and there was no other isues with the device, WE CAN NOT REFUND PRODUCTS WHICH ARE PERFECTLY FINE AND USED

Fantastic company. Always a quick service. They've even rang me if they think I have ordered something in error. The one time I had a wrong item delivered, they sorted it the same day.
