I'm just in love with the products this team makes. We used the "Step Pop Card Holder" for our holiday card, and received so many comments from our clients about how great the card was. It was engaging, and just perfect - exactly what we wanted. Our order was prepared and shipped within their stated timelines and overall quite happy with the product.

The only point of frustration was around responsiveness. Prior to my order, I could call and speak with someone. Once my order was placed and I was looking for order updates, not a single phone call was answered or returned. Once I voiced frustration they were responsive and apologetic, but I was still in the blind for about a week.

I liked the speed of the video mailer, but I did not like the top and bottom edges. They were rough as if they had been cut with a paper cutter. I was disappointed and expected better quality.
