Overall the experience was great
Overall the experience was great. However, there were some hiccups with my order. For starters I did not initially receive all of sample items I ordered. I reached out and your team corrected the situation. I promptly received the items I was missing; however, one of the video brochure cards did not work. At first I thought it just needed to be charged, but that did not work. I was bit disappointed as I planned a presentation and demonstration for my grant board to get their approval to make a purchase. The other items are working and in very good condition, so overall, I am satisfied despite the hiccups.

Loved the product! Prices not so much.
The products are phenomenal and everything they were promoted to be. The thing that disappointed me was I am a very small business so when I selected my samples, I was careful to only choose ones from the least expensive one $ tier. When I received my lovely samples, all the ones I liked best were, in fact, not $ items, but $$ items. That put all the ones I liked best well out of my price range. It was very disappointing.
