Elsa and her team were fantastic

Elsa and her team were fantastic. When my original order came damaged they had a new one shipped out immediately. They were very quick with their replies as well. Definitely a 5 star experience. The customer service was great.

Mike was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem I had and then providing a replacement mouse for me. The entire process was very smooth and easy, the customer service is better than most companies

Great customer service

I ordered a couple of gaming mice, one of which had a button malfunction, and Redragon was quick to troubleshoot and send out a replacement.

The mice are really good for the price point. The software is a little dated. You have to create profiles for each game you play before uploading them to the mouse. I hope that down the road, they can get software to automatically switch profiles across multiple games.

I am looking forward to trying out some of their different models. You can buy three mice for the price of one from a big-name brand.

I had ordered one keyboard for a gift…

I had ordered one keyboard for a gift and instead of just waiting on it forever they contacted me to let me know it was on backorder and gave me the option to choose another one. They made the price adjustment and placed the order but they went above and beyond and upgraded my shipment because of my original item being on backorder. They have contacted me multiple times so they have top notch customer service. The gift recipient was very pleased with the keyboard. Highly recommend this company on customer service alone.

My keyboard shift key wasn’t working…

My keyboard shift key wasn’t working properly. I had reached out and within 3 days they had shipped me one to replace it. Mike helped me out. He was really helpful throughout the process. Great customer support!

Quick response, lose the AI.

I was having trouble with a product I purchased from this company, so I sent in a support ticket. I had to force my way around the unhelpful "Reddragonshop AI Agent" before I could talk to a human support member, but it didn't take long for that to happen, and even less time for them to tell me how to solve my problem. Very prompt service, but the AI wasn't helping my frustration after doing my own troubleshooting for an hour.

Reddragon for life

I have used their keyboards and Mice for years, they always are top quality, fairly priced, and I have only ever had 1 issue, and it was completely sorted out in less than 48 hours of contacting support and just following the couple instructions they had for me.

Quick responses, great service

Responses were quick, and i was able to get to a real person quickly. They hekped double check all the troubleshooting and when it was clear the item wasnt working anymore they immediately sent me a replacement. My last mouse from here lasted years, so that the new one failed in like 7 months was odd and im very glad they sent me another one rather than having to ship it back and forth.

Top Tier customer support and excellent mouse and gaming keyboard

I highly recommended them for your gaming mouse and keyboard needs.

I got S136 keyboard and mouse combo about eight months ago. Both are great, however I ran into an issue with the keyboard. I contacted support and they were excellent in providing a replacement. No hassle, simply provided necessary information and pictures of the issue. I had grown the love the keyboard, so this really elevated the experience.

If the company checks these, know your customer support experience earned you a repeat customer in the future.

K556 Software issue fixed quickly

I purchased my K556 keyboard through Amazon and mouse. I had no issues with the mouse software but the keyboard software wouldn't detect the keyboard. Contacted the support team and they were very responsive and sent files to help my situation.
