Redragon K556RGB keyboard not responding to driver…
I bought a Redragon K556RGB keyboard from Amazon to replace my failing Logitech G810 Orion Spectrum keyboard, The K556RGB worked correctly as soon as I connected it but I couldn't get the driver to load. I turned to Redragon support which were very supportive and helpful. They (Mike) sent me a Firmware update for the keyboard and an new driver which solved the problem. They also sent a User Guide that wasn't included in the box.
Quick and helpful
Had the Wi-Fi dongle go out on our new keyboard. After emailing, the responses were quick and a replacement was sent out within a couple days

The actual agent was phenomenal, there isnt anything else to say about them. Props to Redragon for getting such high quality customer service.

My order from tik tok stopped working ( A and S keys) after 3 months. Customer service assisted with trouble shooting and when that did not work sent a new replacement. It was great working with them!

The software for the m913 max isn't great (yet). But the support team helped me figure how to get done what I wanted.
I first asked and got a generic AI response which could have helped me, but I had already seen the same for myself. After that (without me asking) a human response came from Mike. He helped me figure out how to change the RGB on my m913 max. Whenever I had a question I got a response within minutes, which was great!
The features in the software seem a bit hidden, but they're there thankfully.
All in all I am happy with my purchase, the hardware seems great so far, the software not very intuitive but the support made up for that. Giving my experience 4-stars for that!

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I have no complaint with the company. The product, a 913, did not meet my expectations. The 12 side keys were stiff and tiny. They were cramped in placement. Essentially, they were made for small females with tiny, thin hands. I'm a guy with bigger hands, and my thumb could barely tell one key from the other. The 913 fit comfortably in my hand, and I had high hopes for it. But the side key size and placement were useless to me. Thankfully, I did not pay too much for it. I'll keep it as a backup mouse for emergencies rather than fighting to get it returned. Thanks for the good customer service experience.

fantastic customer service
Got an issue with my headphones a few months after buying it. I contacted the support fully prepared to have to fight to even talk to someone, not even talking about getting an actual replacement. They proved me wrong, I got an answer an hour later, and a replacement was shipped before the end of the day.

I had an issue with my keyboard (8773)…
I had an issue with my keyboard (8773) that came as a combo with mouse. I sent in a service ticket and was replied to very promptly. Mike was amazing asked a few questions to trouble shoot and to send a video of possible of the issue. I sent the required info and video which lead to a quick response on what to try to reset the keyboard. When that didnt work he quickly stated that would be sending out a new one as mine had issues. I recieved an email stating that the new one was ordered the same day!!! I will update once I have the new product. But based on the service I recieved so far I'm extremely satisfied. Awesome customer service, polite, friendly and prompt. You can't really ask for more!!! So glad that ai choose Red Dragon for my system!!

I had a question about fixing a sticky…
I had a question about fixing a sticky key (due to a soda spill, imagine...) that I emailed to customer service at ReDragon and not only did I get a response in mere minutes, Mike told me how to replace the switch AND how to clean the sticky one to make it functional again, and their follow-up was fabulous!! Makes me want to do all my business with them!
