Cool stuff and nice support

Very happy with the keyboard and mouse keyboard combo i bought. Great feel and looks exactly like expected.

When i had a question regarding the completeness of my order there were quick initial responses by their AI bot, when i had further questions the AI answered aswell but was later that day followed up by a human to offer me alternative setup suggestions aswell.

Fantastic customer service, brilliant product

I had ordered the wrong keyboard by mistake and quickly sent an email to the support. They responded almost immediately, reimbursed me the price difference and sent off the keyboard I wanted. It was delivered only a few days later, I was honestly shocked it arrived so quickly. The customer support service was friendly and straight to the point.

And that's not even mentioning how great the actual product was. For a relatively low price of 50 euros I got a very pretty, very ergonomic RGB keyboard with a whole set of spare keys. Really, really great experience all around, I recommend Redragon to anyone who asks!

I was cynical and I will admit I came…

I was cynical and I will admit I came at them a little rough. They quickly confirmed their user manual for the device was not completed and planned to update it. I was sent over to a customer service agent and with dome assistance and quick troubleshooting we confirmed there was an issue with the keyboard and it was quickly swapped. They were quick attentive and polite reguardless of my initial brash demeanor. Its swapped things are being updated. Cant complain great job red dragon. Keep it up.

I had purchased the GS520 Speakers

I had purchased the GS520 Speakers, only had them for 4-5 months, before my left speakers LED glitched out. I reached out for a replacement, and to trouble shoot any issues! They helped tremendously, and sent me replacement speakers free whilist telling me not to worry of returning the other ones! The 1 year warranty is awesome, it saved me the hassle of buying new ones due to faulty wiring in my old one. They are lovely speakers, because I hate wearing my headphones all the time. Plus to use them so I can hear my little one better! 10/10 experience l, and service given!

Redragon amazing product and Service Support

Redragon had made such a wonderful experience with there overall many products. I enjoyed the fact that when you click on a product it gives full details of what the product is capable of doing and its technical specifications.
However I do find that navigating there website can be a little challenging, and using the search result will give you assistance, but u less you know that specific model of product it will throw out a lot of results.
I had recently gotten the Horus Ultra Slim Keyboard, when I got the keyboard it was very sharp and well made! I was already impressed with its quality. However I went with the Red Switches on the keyboard and did not realize that they were so sensitive and it started to do ghost typing and causing a huge delay in my work/progress/gaming that it was inputting keys that I was barely or not even touching.
I did a lot of troubleshooting and eventually reached out to there support team.
When I did they were super polite, kind, caring, and amazing. They really made sure to take there time to work with me on this issue.
The end result was that the keyboard was overall to sensitive and we ended up replacing the keyboard out with the brown switch keys instead. Currently I am still waiting on the replacement to arrive.
I also think that the Redragon software could be better instructed as it did take some research to get that installed and updated. For some reason it did not want to update. Had to go into the system files and run the update exe file to get it to update correctly.
But when it was up and running it was really amazing and the interface is not hard to work with.
The only downside side is that the device has to be connected either to the 2.4Ghz dongle or directly wired in to communicate with the software and not on Bluetooth.
Overall very pleased with the service and support from Redragon. As I know it shows they care and if any issues arise they are always willing to help.
They do communicate via by email and I understand this, so response times can vary.

The customer service was next level

The customer service was next level! I needed to know if the product had any latext products in it. I emailed the question. I heard back from customer service within an hour that they didn’t know exactly but would send it to someone who would. Within a couple hours I had received an email from that department and had my answer.
Quick, professional and so polite. Best customer service from a company in a long time!

What a perfect experience from start to…

What a perfect experience from start to finish. Ordered a power supply off Amazon and when I put it in, discovered I needed another GPU cable. Contacted their support and got fast service and regular contact to make sure everything was good. You don't see interaction and care like this from companies anymore. I highly recommend them for anything!
