This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed an order, paid in full, and received barely 20–25% of what I actually ordered. Despite delivering only a fraction of the items, they had no hesitation in taking the full payment.
At delivery, I was told a refund would be issued for the missing items. That promise has turned out to be completely meaningless. It has now been over six weeks, with at least six attempts to contact them—no refund, no resolution, and no accountability.
Their customer service is effectively non-existent. Phone lines don’t work, emails bounce back, and the website chat gives the occasional generic reply claiming the refund is “in process,” which clearly isn’t true.
This feels less like poor service and more like a deliberate way of operating. Customers should be extremely cautious before placing any order here.

I believe this company has gone out of business and yet their website is still taking orders and processing payments. I ordered a delivery that never came. No response from customer service despite multiple attempts. I have raised a dispute through my bank. The website should be shut down.

This is the worst place to order fresh vegetables I ordered drumsticks and Turai both came with full of fungus. I have sent them pictures and explained and after a month they’ve replied they’ve said they have refund for the product I did not receive which is not true I never got it I have checked my account statement and for the rotten products also no refund at all. Ordered a 3kg box of mangoes 4 out of the box of 12 are crossed from over Ripe to inedible. Won't be ordering fresh fruit from them again. 🤨🙄
Do not buy from them!
I am uncertain if these individuals will be wrapping things up soon, but it seems likely. They’ve altered their names in emails, and their phone number is no longer working, which was not the case last week. I continue to receive the same terrible quality of rotten mangoes, and the attitude from their side has been dismissive, with no response regarding a refund despite numerous email exchanges. I am reaching out to regulatory authorities, and I urge anyone new to hold off and refrain from making any purchases from them. I doubt they will be in business much longer. This situation is truly frustrating.

If the refund has been issued why there has been no communication from your side. Why your colleague has gone quite on me and not only that prior she had an attitude as if it’s my fault that the produce was rotten.
This really needs to be escalated within your team.

Never buy fresh fruits or vegetables from them. They sent me rotten mangoes two times and were unresponsive when I asked for refunds. They refunded only 25% and writing here they refunded full amount. Don't trust them stay away from these people absolutely.

Ordered some veggies and it was good quality. There was one item that was rotten but they refunded.
Rotten mangoes
I reported the problem with the rotten mangoes to Red Rickshaw on the day the delivery arrived. My email was ignored. I followed up 2 weeks later. My email was still ignored. 3 mangoes were rotten in a box of 12! Red Rickshaw has poor quality control and non-existent customer service.
Frauds
Twice they have sent the most rotten and staled food to me. Bought a box of 8 but got 7.
Absolutely disgusted
Would never visit them again.
They do not answer the phones or reply to emails.

I had ordered several items and most items came back rotten or in poor quality! Packing was awful! Some items were not in stock but I was not even informed!
5 pieces of Mangoes which is a full box were all inedible and it turned black in 2 days! Vegetables were gone off!!
I got in touch via email however, I am still waiting for my refund for the items. Customer service is extremely poor, I have not heard back after they sent me the first reply back!!

Ordered & paid for mangoes in March
Ordered & paid for mangoes in March, no delivery after 3 weeks ! No reply to email, no response to phone call. After ‘chat’ on website agreed to have re-order. No order received so have instructed card company to obtain refund. Have been a customer for many years, will not be ordering again !

Disappointed!
I ordered Alphonso mangoes- was given the option to pick the delivery date. Delivery only arrived 3 days after the chosen date. They say they check the mangoes for quality before sending- total lie- the mangoes I got have huge black spots all over, they don't appear to be ripening properly and have no smell- I have a house in India with mango trees, so I know what a properly ripe mango should look and smell like!
Updated, 11/06: The company just replied to my review asking me to email with photos. What they don't seem to have realised is that I have already previously contacted their support email on 03/06 with photos and description of the issue. Their support email has to date still not replied. This review reply from them seems to be just a PR stunt.

Poor quality goods
I ordered a box of mangoes and vegetables. The mangoes were rotten and the drumsticks were also rotten. I was in shock. I immediately sent an email because it says on there website they will always respond. I have not heard anything back, and it's been 2 weeks. I have decided I will never use this store again. I have since been using another online Indian store which sent me beautiful products, which shows honour and respect for the customer. Redrickshaw is a scam. I buy online and spend alot, they have made a big mistake ignoring mine and other customers concerns. People want to spend with honest companies, I will be surprised if this company will stay in business for very long with the poor quality of produce and no respect for customers.

Scam operation — con artists running a trade racket
This company is a complete scam. We ordered Alphonso mangoes and what we received was a box of rotting garbage. Not a single mango was edible — they were blackened, leaking, and stinking. It was clearly packed like that. No mistake, just deliberate fraud.
And the support team? They’re in on the con. After we reported it, they sent a half-baked reply and then vanished. No refund, no replacement, just radio silence. This is not a business — it’s a group of scammers dressed up like a company.
Avoid this trap at all costs. They’ll take your money, send you trash, and then disappear. If there’s any justice, this operation will be shut down. Until then, do yourself a favor and warn everyone — these people are nothing but crooks.

Mangos arrived rotten
I ordered 2 half boxes of mangoes. Alphonso and Kesar. Both boxes arrived rotten and I sent an email right away. They responded with needing to see the mangos cut open. I sent 2 sets of pictures but they accused me of only sending pics of 1 box of mangos twice and refused to refund me both boxes. I had to reach out over 6 times before they acknowledged my issue, then denied my 2nd refund. Disgusting service and quality of food. I will never use them again.

25% of the Mangoes that arrived were…
25% of the Mangoes that arrived were overripe and were mushy when opened. The remainder were poor quality and disappointing.
This is the second order in a row that has had similar quality issues
I note there are a number of reviews with the same story.
I also used them for years and echo the comment that since new management took over the quality has considerably fallen

Absolutely disappointing service
Absolutely disappointing service. I have been ordering mangoes from them for the last 5 years but i can tell the management has changed because when i ordered it 3 weeks ago, ALL 12 MANGOES WERE ROTTEN and they have refused to authorise a refund and instead said the images sent are not in line with their refund policy.
Do not order from their store. Poor quality items and atrocious customer service

DO NOT ORDER MANGOES FROM HERE
I ordered mangoes for my daughter and they came in such bad condition. Every mango was squashed and dented. After cutting them open. There was just mush I took pictures and sent it to them and they advised they would get back in 48 hours. 10 days later nothing even after chasing every other day I spoke to the chat online Then even that dropped and they never contacted me. I called them and I spoke to Sunny who said he will call me back in 10 minutes five days later he still hasn’t called me back. Their customer service is terrible. I wish I would’ve read the reviews on the mangoes before I ordered would’ve saved me a lot of money because I paid nearly 3 times more than the local shops to have this delivered. You would think at that price, they would check the quality of mangoes they are sending out.
