Good experience but can be better
I bought a cake for my grandma for her birthday and I always do every year at Red Robbin Bakery. I always request a photo to be sent so I can ensure she is happy as I am overseas. But seems no employee can do an extra mile for clients. There was one time, I was sent a video and I saw Lola so happy. It didn’t happen again.

Cake was late and not as shown in picture
I was promised the cake between 1pm and 2pm after speaking to someone in their department assuring I would received the delivery. I did not receive it on time. The cake was not same a the picture it looked different and the picture of elsa had marks on the face and plus it was a tiny picture compared to how it looked on the picture. They did some amateur design around the side nothing like the cake on the picture. Was not happy.

The cake was not delivered when…it was supposed to for an Anniversary
The cake was not delivered when promised. It was delivered the following day. Missing the Anniversary we were celebrating. The cake looked very amateur not like it had been done by a professional bakery it certainly didnt resemble the picture of the cake I had chosen on the internet. I just hope it tasted better than it look. The customer service was pretty dreadful. I was promised a picture of the cake a confirmed delivery time and at no point was I told they werent going to meet the time they promised. I had to hear from my boss about it who was disappointed it hadnt arrived in time. I chased that evening and the next morning and I was being ignored. They finally got back to me to say it would be delivered by lunchtime that day. Very dissapointing overall. I wont be using them again.

I made the worst mistake in my life to order my son’s first birthday cake from this bakery. I didn’t expect to get the exact cake as the one from the picture they sent me, but I didn’t either expect to get that rubbish cake they made.
