Nice moist cake, bit too much icing on the outside but went down a treat!
Would only suggest a text to the client an hour before the arrival time of the product.

Cake came a bit later than we expected so I’d recommend ordering one day in advance, but overall it was really well done and tasted great! Would definitely order again

Based on my order n.14353 by whatsapp, made well in advance on 21 July to 25 July, I had requested delivery between 9 and 12 am. In addition to having ordered the candles with code AHC 90/2 and AHC 90/8 (order corrected and confirmed also by post). I paid in advance and with the certainty that everything would go as requested, in order to be able to donate a cake with a SURPRISE effect. Instead it was anything but. The delivery was 3 and a half hours late (and I was not even notified in time of the delay), the candles were not of the type ordered and with the wrong number! Now I'd like to understand what you mean by "phenomenal customer service" that you brag about on your site? Upon requesting a refund for shipping costs and candles, I was offered a 20% discount coupon on my next purchase. It would have been correct to reimburse the amount of expenses for not having fully fulfilled the requested service and to offer a discount coupon to try to regain trust for a "possible" subsequent purchase. I live in Italy and I wanted to SURPRISE my son who lives and works in London and who still spent a birthday away from home. And instead I had to beg him to delay at work to wait for my SURPRISE, which in the meantime has turned out to be anything but. I am very sorry and disappointed. In light of all this, do you think the 20% coupon could be useful to me? I trust in fairness and respect.

STAY AWAY! The worst bakery every! Got cake order wrong twice! Did not delivered in time as promise, priority delivery don't mean anything! Destroyed the event for my 5 year old by being late with the 2nd wrongly made cake by over 3 hrs! Worst experience ever! Worst customer service! Don't care for customers or their experience! 3 days waiting for call from manager even after each day chasing ! Don't bother to use this nightmare of a bakery! The worst! They are cousine company with Cake&Bake! Their cake packaging is a disaster, wobbly and cake will never arrived to you full and not smashed!

The delivery of the cake was about 45 mins late of the promised timeframe, HOWEVER, the cake more than made up for it. The celebrant and office are still sending me messages on how great of a choice and how tasty the cake was.

Really appreciate the cake being a hit for a special send off for a special employee.

When the cake arrived, it was slightly damaged, but otherwise is was nicely made and tasted so good.

Looks wise very pretty but too much sugary and quantity of fresh cream less as compared to other competitors in market. Biggest drawback was quantity of sugar used and stiffness of sponge… wasnt very soft.

Saw reviews about this place after I had already placed an order & got worried. However, my cake was delivered perfectly & in the time frame I had placed delivery for to my sister. I had a good experience.

Hiii cakes and bakes team i order cake on fresh cream but it was already before prepare and keep in freezer. And i am change date slot on Friday and before prepare and keep in freezer and cake sponge is little bit dry....!

The service was ok. I had to enquire on the day before my cake was to be delivered, if it would be, also I was told i would be informed when it was out for delivery. I was not. When the cake arrived it was not too bad, but the iced name plate saying happy birthday, looked like a small child had written it for on top of the cake.

A very good vegan birthday cake, beautifully decorated. We'll certainly use Red Robin Bakery again.

I made a last minute order of 24 personalised cup cakes for my Executives 50th birthday. I was able to describe what I wanted via WhatsApp and then a telephone call and the cakes were delivered the next day on time and they tasted great and boss was very pleased. The only downside was the box the cakes came in which was a bit flimsy for transporting cakes (easily collapsible) and should have been more sturdy in my view hence the 4 star review instead of 5. But all in all a great service and I would definitely recommend them

Yes, Cake was Fantastic in taste and appearance, and the overall experience was good.

I ordered for next day delivery and received a call at 9.45pm to say the driver was close by. I refused to accept the cake at that time as my daughter was already in bed the guests had left and my daughter was going away the next morning. I sent An email to customer service to request a refund on Monday and still have not heard anything! Very poor service, very poor customer service. Very very disappointed.

Was delayed to the last hour. 9am to 9pm was my delivery hours and it got delivered at 9 pm only so I think I was the last reviewing. The guests were sitting and it was so embarrassing without the cake to celebrate and cut the cake and have food. The customer service wa ano help wither didn’t provide any numbers for me to get in touch with the courier .

Delivery was excellent but the cake was not as advertised it was shown as all chocolate icing and it came with a beige not chocolate tasting icing which wasn’t very pleasant
I am still awaiting a reply to my email regarding this difference
